Hermosa casa familiar, gran jardín con césped y vistas impresionantes a las montañas

La casa está muy bien situado en un districto muy tranquila y agradable, cerca del lago y el club náutico local, donde se puede alquilar catamaranes y tablas de windsurf, canoas y kayaks. Sin embargo, cerca del centro del pueblo y sus comodidades. Los clientes han podido disfrutar de venir durante todo el año, ya que se benefician de muchas actividades variadas. En el esquí de invierno en los principales centros turísticos es sólo una hora de distancia. En verano, el lago se encuentra a 5 mns a pie, la playa 15 mns a pie, o puede utilizar un par de bicicletas a su disposición y montar aliong la ruta en bicicleta al final de la carretera. Muy agradable para poder dejar el coche y el ciclo en todas partes. 2 cursos hermoso campo de 20 mns en coche, Talloires y Giers. La terraza se extiende al sur y al oeste de la casa con zona de estar bajo el tilo. un "terreno de petanca" a lo largo del lado le permite jugar "bolas" .La gran jardín plana tiene unas impresionantes vistas de las montañas. Construido hace 60 años por una familia local de los constructores, la casa está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos modernos. Tiene capacidad para 12 personas entre los 6 dormitorios, que comparten 3 baños, 2 de ellas con duchas .. Hay cómodos asientos abajo, con calefacción por suelo radiante en toda la zona de estar de planta abierta, un piano electrónico; en la planta superior del almacenamiento de heno secado se ha convertido en un piso independiente con 2 dormitorios, una gran sala de estar con TV y una zona de cocina. Posibilidad de alojamiento adicional para 4 personas en una pequeña casa de campo en el jardín.
TARIFA DE LIMPIEZA obligatoria: 200 € a pagar a la llegada.
IMPUESTO TURÍSTICO (adulto mayor de 18 años): 1. 45 € por persona por noche

The location of this property is excellent, close to the lake and the bike path. The house is spacious and well equipped. Richard and Michelle were nearby to provide helpful tips on the area. We have been to the area a few times now and would definitely recommend this property. Perfectly located, peaceful, but easy to get to Annecy of travel round the lake or mountains.

This house is beautiful. It is incredibly well appointed with classy and well thought out furnishings. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen was big enough to cook for our family of 13 with large bowls, platters, and cookware. We felt immediately at home and comfortable. The rooms are large, comfortable, and all have spectacular views. We lacked for nothing with bikes the teenagers could ride to the lake with, a bbq to cook on, enough lounge chairs to relax in the shade in etc etc. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk to the lake. We were in heaven and made wonderful memories. Thank you!

A truly wonderful house in a stunning part of France! We loved our two week stay and it exceeded our high expectations. The location is perfect, a short walk / bike to the lake with stunning alpine mountain views seen from many windows of the house and from the expansive garden lawn. It’s a short bike / car ride to bakery’s and supermarkets and away from hustle of Annecy. The house is large, charming and very well equipped. It has everything you could think of. And Michelle - the host - is brilliant. Super responsive and really cares that your trip is a good one. Highly recommend!

Beautiful family house close to the lake

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped house. Very spacious with beautiful mountain views from the peaceful garden. Only a five minute walk from the lake so we were able to easily cool off in the hot weather as well as rent kayaks and paddle boards. Michelle was a welcoming host who was easy to contact if needed. We would happily stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Saint Jorioz ! La maison de Michelle est très agréable, bien équipée, à 10 mn à pied du lac et nous avons pu profiter du grand jardin avec vue sur les montagnes.

Sagenhaft schöne Ferien

Dieses Ferienhaus ist der perfekte Ort zum Erholen. Es liegt ganz nahe am See und rundherum gibt es vielfältige Freizeit- und Sportangebote. Das sehr gepflegte Haus ist still gelegen, umrahmt von einem sehr großen Garten mit grandiosem Bergpanorama. Es ist großzügig ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts! Es war uns eine große Freude in diesem wunderschönen Haus unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.

Un bon moment en famille (8 adultes, 4 enfants, 1 bébé)

Très grande maison familiale avec bons couchages, bon équipement pour la cuisine, un grand jardin. Nous avons apprécié le cadre des montagnes, la proximité du lac -10 mn à pied- la vieille ville d'Annecy à qq kms, le silence des nuits. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vacances inoubliables

Saint Jorioz est proche de plusieurs stations de ski, il y a une excellente piste cyclable, le lac est magnifique. Quoi qu’il en soit, c’est un endroit où aller et profiter, à tout moment de l’année. Il y avait 8 adultes et 3 enfants. La maison est exactement comme nous l’avions imaginé: spacieuse, bien équipée, confortable et de bon goût. Mme Pelly était très attentionnée et Stéphanie nous a très bien accueillies et a répondu efficacement à nos demandes. Le séjour à Saint-Jorioz, à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année 2018/19, a été inoubliable pour nous tous, notamment pour les enfants.

PARFAIT!!! Grande maison et proche du lac!!

Un séjour en famille vraiment parfait! La maison est grande et très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du lac et des ballades à vélo grâce à son emplacement idéal. Les + : La très belle vue sur les montagnes, l'ensoleillement du matin au soir, le grand jardin avec BBQ, l'emplacement et le cadre, les grandes chambres, les vélos a disposition... Propriétaire très sympa, à l'écoute et de bons conseils pour un séjour réussit Les - : Aucun! Sauf peut-être la cuisine un peu petite. Nous sommes ravis de cette location et la recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Dont really want everyone to know :)

It was our 3rd time at this property and its great for a large group. Good views ,clean and tidy and friendly owner . Loads of space for everyone and bathrooms too .Please don't go as I want it to be free for me !

We had an amazing week and ate at the house every night as having the large outside table under the tree meant we could eat together as the sun set. Wonderful house and ideal location for the lake

We would highly recommend this beautiful traditional French house. The location is an easy walk to the lake at St Jorioz and the garden provides shelter and a space to relax. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the top floor "suite" provided a perfect separate space for privacy. So much to do around Lake Annecy - cycling on special cycle paths, crazy golf at Lac et Montagne, swimming, all kinds of water sports and our highlight - paragliding over the mountains and across the lake. A perfect holiday for an active family/group of friends.

St Jorioz Annecy house with great character.

Relaxing. Fun. Warm. Convenient. Spacious. And any other positive verbs you can think of. The house is very well equipped and a true home from home - not a show home you need to be scared of, it's lived in and friendly. Lots of board games, music options, garden games, table tennis boules, badminton and even bicycles. Recommended for friends , family and parties. Loved it.

Great House, Great Location

The house was great for a family holiday - well equipped,clean and comfortable. Located a short walk from the lake and within easy access of Annecy the house is ideally located for exploring the surrounding areas. The large enclosed garden, with amazing views of the mountains, was ideal for the kids to run around in. Outside chairs and table allowed for meals to be enjoyed outside to soak up the clean air and fine views. The ability to use the bikes on the bike designated route around the lake was an added bonus.

Great house with family feel in superb location

We used this lovely house for a cycling trip and found the property spacious and well appointed for 10 energetic and often hungry cyclists! We ate most nights in the garden,having stored our kit in the plentiful spaces available, and enjoyed table tennis and easy walks to the beach after a busy day riding. The feel of the property was very warm thanks to the family's personal touches but not overbearingly so. The utility room was very helpful and the upstairs area provided plenty of space to relax in groups. The location of the house was fabulous for access to Annecy, the Aravis mountains and further afield towards Albertville. The setting was peaceful with beautiful view of the mountains and with easy access to shops, the aforementioned beach and cycle path around the lake. Overall a great property to which we would turn again.

Family house, ideal for 3 generations

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday. The house suited us perfectly with the younger generation in the fabulous attic conversion. Friendly greeting, help hiring a wheelchair (easily done) and very generous free loan of lots of bikes. The garden is large and flat so great for football, frisby etc and the massive boiler ensured there was no shortage of hot water, We loved the Lake, easily accessible by foot, bike and car (free parking) and there was so much to do. A drive up from St Jorioz took us through alpine pasture to views of snowy peaked Mont Blanc. All three generations had a wonderful time and would happily return to the same house.

Great for large family groups

We had a wonderful vacation in this fantastic house. The house and especially the kitchen were very well equipped, the garden was large and wonderful with a fantastic view and a very nice patio. It was a quiet location. it was very clean and the rooms were very charming. The house was in a very good condition. The description we had was absolutely accurate. The owners were taking care of comfortable arriving, and provided many additional value (i.e.bikes). We have been there for a family meeting and it was a perfect accomodation. There is a very nice area around, the beach is in walking distance and there are a lot of possibilities for active people. We would like to come again and can honestly recommend this beautiful house. Thank you so much!

A wonderful holiday home

We were a large family party of 11 who had a fabulous week by the lake. We used the bicycles at the house, rode around the lake and especially enjoyed the bike track built along a disused railway line that can be accessed 300 metres from the house. We also swam in the lake and went paragliding. The scenery is spectacular, the house well set out for a large group, the garden very quiet and peaceful, and the town of Annecy a delight. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, the house lived up to its description, the owner and her agent were very friendly and helpful, and we would recommend this house without hesitation.

Fantastic Family House

Wonderful , clean , enormous holiday home ! We were a family group of 10 and found there was plenty of space , could have comfortably taken a few more . The location was just stunning . During the day the lake was an easy walk or the cycle path at the end of the road , either option made for a great day out . The nearby village had a supermarket and choice of bakeries for those early morning croissants ! The view from the garden during our evening meals was breathtaking , perfect end to a day . I can't recommend this property enough and the whole process of booking / arriving / leaving ran smoothly . Both the owners and the manager could not have been more helpful . Having travelled the world extensively ,this has to be one of the best family holidays we have ever had . We spent two weeks here and never felt the need for a car but if you want to travel around the surrounding area it might be worth considering .

We are an English-French couple who lived abroad several years. We have chosen la Région Rhône-Alpes (Michelle is originally from Lyon) and specially the shores of lake Annecy, pleasant in all seasons, to anchor our family of three daughters and several grand-children, all equally in love with the place, as well as their many friends!

We literally fell in love with the house after 6 months of search, because of its proximity to the lake, the charm of an old home but with all modern comfort, it's fabulous view over the mountains, its space and the flat garden..we all love coming here at every season. Friends and family alike, the house is rarely empty!..We go skiing in the winter, go for walks up the hills and mountains in all seasons, swim in and sail on the lake from May to September. A great relaxing or sporty holidays, while enjoying the stunning view of the mountains on the other side of the lake.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is only 5 minutes walk from the lake, the cycling path starts at the end of the road, the garden is very big and enjoys stunning views of the mountains. The house itself has lots of charm, as it is not new but has been built 70 years ago in the Savoyard style, by our neighbour across the road! The loft (where the farmer used to stack the hay to dry) has been converted 15 years ago as an independent flat with a kitchenette within the big sitting room, 2 double bedrooms and a shower room.
On the first floor one bathroom and a shower room , to be shared by the 4 bedrooms.
