Great place to stay. Very clean, loved watching the deer grazing and listening to it rain! Little cafe was really good and general store had what we needed.
The place was nice, quite, and most importantly clean. The only "complaint" I would have is that the main bedroom was pretty warm (we stayed during 100 degree summer); the rest of the cabin was nice and cool, including the loft, but the bedroom was pretty warm.
This little cabin was the perfect, peaceful stay to get away on a long weekend for our anniversary. Beautiful area with lots of deer to watch, perfect for star gazing and close to a lake. There is a cafe down the road that is great. A general store, across from the cafe, that has any necessities you may need from some groceries, to fishing or camping needs. There is even a pizza place inside the general store that is very tasty. This cabin is also only about 40 minutes from Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park which makes for an easy day trip to piddle around there. Kim made sure we had the needed details for our stay before we got there. We look forward to staying again!
Cozy and quiet! Very comfortable getaway from the crowd. The deer were a beautiful sight to wake up and see. The house had everything we needed for a couple and their three kids.
We stayed here one snowy weekend, and the cabin was peaceful and cozy. We enjoyed the quiet location, and the accommodations met our needs perfectly. Coffee was excellent, the wifi worked, and beds were comfortable. Would stay again!
