For your vacation in the Var, Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this superb air-conditioned villa with a heated swimming pool in June and September, a terrace, and a beautiful panoramic view. We offer this villa with a swimming pool on 2 levels. On the first floor you will find 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a large living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a lovely work area. From the living room, you can access a magnificent 100 m² terrace overlooking a 500 m² garden and a 30 m² swimming pool with an average depth of 1.60 meters. The pool is heated in June and September. You have at your disposal a travel cot, a high chair, and a baby bath. You can park your vehicles in the parking spaces in front of the house. Regarding the exteriors, you will have, in addition to the garden area, a terrace section above the pool, associated with the master bedroom, and a terrace section overlooking the pool and adjoining the living room and kitchen. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with Wi-Fi as well as partial air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. It should be noted that the owner's son, often away, can sometimes occupy an independent studio under the house, with his own entrance, and not overlooked by the house or its exteriors, as it is located under the house. We ask for a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. Sheets and towels are included in the rental. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents. We require a 25% deposit. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as the boat tour of the calanques of Cassis, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path and in particular Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary sur mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The estates of Bandol are for the most part in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the mill of Saint Côme for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe.
