The kitchen opens onto a large terrace with garden table and chairs on 1000 m2 of land: pine forest, plants and greenery. A summer kitchen in the pool (5m / 8m), with table, chairs, and sun loungers also. Private parking inside the property for 2 cars. Private pool shared with the owners according to their presence.

We had the most lovely stay at Yakout and Lyece's guest home. The place was exactly as described, with the pool, garden area and patio even better than described. The warm welcome exceeded even that. Their hospitality during our stay made us feel extra welcome, whilst also providing plenty of privacy. We hope very much to be able to return as we've fallen in love with the place and the Var and people in general. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate to book your stay--it's exactly the sort of place we needed for rest, relaxation, exploring and adventure.

Wonderful pool and garden

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in La Seyne sur Mer. The apartment was lovely, and the pool and garden were magnificent! Extremely well maintained. The owners were very discreet but also very helpful if we needed to ask any questions. A lovely family who made us feel very welcome. We would love to return at some point in the future. (A very minor point on the VRBO listing, the second bedroom does not have twin beds, it is a double bed. However, this wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe for others, as we used the other single bed in main room instead.) Thank you for a brilliant holiday!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer herrlich ruhigen Wohngegend – perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders das großzügige Grundstück mit dem schönen Pool hat uns begeistert. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit – bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir uns jederzeit melden und haben sofort Unterstützung bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Séjour d’exception

Nous avons passé un week end inoubliable. Yakout et Lyece sont adorables et très arrangeants .. Ils se montrent disponibles et prévenant. Leur maison est magnifique, le jardin et la piscine permettent de décompresser dans un cadre calme et reposant. Bref, rien à redire. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés!

A wonderful and central to everything place to stay in the Toulon area

This area of Southern France is so beautiful and we had such a great stay. The managers and owners were very kind, responsive, and accommodating. The pool was a wonderful reprieve for such a hot few days we were there. Great food is only a short drive away. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Très agréable séjour...

En dehors d'un cadre fort agréable : beau jardin doté d'arbres, de belles plantes et de tout le mobilier nécessaire, cuisine d'été avec toutes les commodités à coté de la belle piscine très bien entretenue, grand appartement très bien équipé et propre... le propriétaire est un homme charmant et discret. Nous n'avions qu'à profiter de cette belle propriété très calme ou la vie est douce, en dehors du temps qui malheureusement passe trop vite. Nous recommandons très sincèrement cette location sans mauvaise surpris et dont nous conservons l'adresse pour de futurs séjours. Galina et Philippe

Idealer Platz zum Entspannen

Wir hatten Anfang/Mitte Juni eine wunderbare entspannte Zeit. Für jeden war das Richtige dabei: Außenküche und Pool für die Eltern, WLAN, Riesen-Fernseher mit 1.000 Kanälen und viel Platz für die Kinder. Sehr schöne Strände und sehr lohnenswerte Wanderungen sind sehr nah, ebenso schöne Orte sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung in den beiden (!) großen Küchen. Sehr nette und angenehme Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Zufahrt ist etwas schmal und steil, dafür hat man einen wunderbaren Blick von den diversen Sitzgelegenheiten und dem Infinity-Pool. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für ein schöne Tage in Südfrankreich!

Le parc de la propriété est très reposant, l'environnement est très calme et propice à la détente. Une cuisine d'été au top à la belle saison et plusieurs endroits pour déjeuner dehors. Toute la famille a apprécié la piscine ! A recommander.

Séjour été 2020

Superbe séjour de 9 jours. Calme et reposant, la piscine à 28 degrés et la cuisine d’extérieur sont un enchantement, et les cigales nous accompagnent. L'endroit est aménagé ce qu’il faut pour toujours profiter soit du soleil soit de l’ombre des pins. Les centre commerciaux sont à 5km et une petite boulangerie accessible à pied pour 30 Minutes de marche aller retour à env 1,5km. (Accessible aussi en voiture) Nous en avons profité pour visiter Porquerolles et aussi se balader dans les calanques. Les conseils de Liés et Yakout pour visiter La région ont été précieux. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et nos échanges. Belle fin d’été à vous.

un bien parfait pour des vacances réussies !

Nous avons loué ce bien pratiquement au dernier moment (merci à la réactivité du propriétaire pour finaliser la réservation). Le quartier est calme (voiture très conseillée) et l'appartement est frais toute la journée, même en juillet. En l'absence des propriétaires, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les voisins qui ont été au petit soin pour nous toute la semaine et nous avons partagé les parties communes avec le fils, discret, gentil et très poli ! Le jardin est magnifique (avec plusieurs coin repas) mais l'atout de cette propriété est le coin piscine + cuisine extérieure ou nous avons passé presque toutes nos vacances, vraiment reposant! merci pour cette prestation qui nous a permis de passer des vacances (de farniente) de rêve ! peut être à l'année prochaine, en tout cas, nous avons très envie de revenir !

Quel accueil dans ce coin de paradis où tout est conforme aux photos qui figurent sur le site, le sourire, la présence discrète et bienveillante des propriétaires rajoutant un plus au son des grillons sous ce ciel magnifique du Var. Heerlijke plek om met je gezin te genieten!

Wij hebben hier enorm genoten van het zalige zwembad, de prachtige tuin vol verse vruchten en bloemen en van de rust. Er zijn verschillende zitjes in de tuin waar je comfortabel kunt relaxen. En onze jongste dochter (3) vond de schildpadden en vissen een extra attractie. Het huis is koel omdat het de onderste verdieping van het huis is. Alleen 's nachts was het soms een beetje warm, maar nog steeds goed te doen. De eigenaren wonen er boven en zijn zeer gastvrij, erg vriendelijk en geven je alle ruimte. De Wifi is er super; ook niet onbelangrijk!.Het strand is vlakbij en erg gemoedelijk en ook in de omgeving is genoeg leuks te doen. Zeer geschikt dus voor families met kleinere kinderen, maar ook onze puber heeft er genoten.
