We live in Birmingham AL. and love going to Lake Martin. This Newly Built 3/2 Home located on water at Lake Martin. Nice large porch with TV. Very close to restaurants (Russell Marina, Catherine's Market, Springhill, The Social) and Auburn (about 45 minute drive).

.Very calm water great for swimming and parking boat/seadoo. Enjoy outdoor games corn hole, outdoor ping pong and Kayak available. If you bring a boat private ramp is available. Nicely stocked kitchen, granite countertops, washer/dryer and many other amenities.

Very close to Auburn, about 45 minutes and most

Very nice house in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location on the lake is perfect. We enjoy sitting on the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings, and our 8 year old daughter enjoyed swimming by the dock when we weren’t out in the boat. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was a perfect lake house for our family. Absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, perfect quiet cove right on lake. We rented jet skis at a marina close by and had an awesome time. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick wedding weekend

We made a quick trip to Lake Martin for a Saturday evening wedding, but stayed an extra day to enjoy some relaxing time on the water. Your home was top notch in every way and though it rained most of our second day, the screened porch was the perfect place to be in place of the dock. Thank you for the lovely stay and for being so accommodating on the early check-in time.

Great place on the lake

The house was extremely clean (this is a big plus for me because I am very picky), had everything we needed and was on a great spot on the lake. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The house itself was updated and perfect for our family of 4 but there was plenty of room for more guests. The porch was lovely and the dock was a great spot for our boat.

Very nice. Best to put your boat in at the public ramp because the neighborhood ramp is tight. Public ramp is only a few minutes away. Home is very nice and well maintained.

Great House!

We rented this house for the weekend while visiting son in Auburn. It's about a 45 min drive and pretty easy. The house was great. We actually didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would've liked with it being so close to the water. We did enjoy the dock one morning and even took the kayak out for a stroll around the area. Check in and out was easy and the property manager was quick to reply if we had any issues. Overall great house.

Well the experience with the owner was great, the house was fully stocked and clean. The neighbors in the area were unsettling to me. I'll never rent an area like this, where someone takes pictures of your cars and ask questions about your stay as if you booked with them( the neighbors im speaking of) it was a celebration and people came by,grabbed food and talked, listened to music and left. Seemed too many restrictions for this property based on "others" I wasn't informed of the use of kayaks available until leaving. When have a vacation should be limitless. This is only my experience.

Comfortable, Quiet Thanksgiving Stay

Location was perfect for us as our kids lake house was only five minutes away. My son in law found this close by, newer listing on Vrbo at the right price. All on line reservation and communication seamless. Tim even allowed us to check in early the day before Thanksgiving which was a great help with two grandsons who needed naps. When house access instructions changed Tim was on top of it for us. Anita, the housekeeper even showed us and gave us her contact into if we had any issues; we did not. It was a newer property so everything was clean and functional. We did not need the third bedroom that had two twin bunks. Suggestions: the listing did not have an address but did have a map; the house was cold when we arrived and would have been helpful if Anita had turned on heat;; she apologized; finally, the tv internet and wi-if were a bit lacking if you wanted to stream anything. These were all minor issues though, and we would gladly stay there again. Thank you Tim and Anita.

The Perfect Lake Getaway
