Ile de Ré pretty village of La Flotte – Apartment in residence with swimming pool.
Large renovated studio with a closed bedroom that can accommodate 2 to 3 people in a secure and quiet residence with heated outdoor swimming pool and free underground parking.
The Residence is located in the village of La Flotte and in the immediate vicinity of the nautical base, the village center, medieval market and the port. The beach of Arnerault is accessible on foot and the beach of La Cible in St Martin is 10 minutes away by bike. The cycle path leading to the villages of Saint Martin and others is accessible in front of the residence.
The plus: bus stops in front of the residence which can take you to the villages of Ré or La Rochelle.
Bright, the studio is on the first floor with a small outdoor terrace facing south-west. Main room with integrated kitchen with combi oven/MO, dishwasher, washing machine and a BZ sofa, large storage / wardrobe, TV. A separate bedroom with a double bed. Large bathroom with WC.
The residence has a swimming pool open at the end of April and heated from mid-May to the end of September, a large private park with children's games, bowling alley and table tennis.
The comfort of the studio will allow you to spend pleasant holidays, cook and enjoy the Ile de Ré including out of season.
Weekly rate depending on the calendar periods. Possibility of 3 nights minimum out of season only.

Appartement très propre et super bien situé proche du centre et du port. De plus, Nadia été très accueillante et réactive à nos demandes. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à l'Ile de Ré.

Logement très bien situé

Logement tres bien situé (10min à pied du centre) au calme dans une residence à deux pas de l'océan. Place de parking en souterrain tres appreciable. Piscine chauffée. Lave linge/seche linge pratique pour secher les serviettes. On a passé un bon séjour à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants 6 ans et 2 ans). Petite chambre mais suffisante si les enfants arrivent à dormir ensemble. Canapé lit confortable.

Nous avons passé une semaine à découvrir l'ile de RE à vélos. Il y a tant de choses à voir et à découvrir qu'une seconde semaine aurait été la bienvenue
