"Breakers East 304" Gulf Front 2BR/2BA Beach setup included

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 304 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bath condo located on the 3rd floor of the Breakers East building.

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom - bathtub/shower combination, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has walk-in shower, single vanity; living room - (2) queen size sleeper sofas, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Great place - great location, clean, large unit. Set up is great: plenty of towels,tp, even Kleenex and hand soap at every sink- sometimes it is the little things. Beds very comfy too. Will definitely be back to stay in this unit on future trips to Destin.

The place was clean, but had a mildew, musty oder that made me not want to be inside. The location to everything was wonderful! The beds were so comfortable, just sad to have to go back in and try to relax in the smell.

Great Property

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect. The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available to us. All amenities and shopping centers were right there. Everything was within 5 min drive. I would definitely book again. Highly recommend to others. The host was also very quick with responding to our questions.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was wonderful!! Perfect location with a beautiful view! My only complaint is the floor was not very clean. After about an hour of walking barefoot inside all our feet were black.

Not the cleanest

I had to wash the bedding and vacuum when I got there. There was hair on my pillow, on my sheets, and on the master bathroom floor. The comforter had stains on it. There were two dead bugs on the kitchen floor. There was such a strong mildew smell present that I had to buy odor absorbing charcoal pouches and candles for my stay. After I thoroughly cleaned and paired out the condo, I enjoyed my stay.

The large floor plan of the unit makes it spacious for a family of 5, plus the amazing kitchen make it pleasant to cook all the meals. Getting fresh seafood at Destin Ice House and cooking it at home is our favorite! The pool is heated and is used by adults and kids even in November. The whole facility is well maintained and everyone is so helpful in making sure you have a wonderful stay. We have been going to Breakers East since 2019 and stayed in many of the units. We always book with Assistant at the Beach. Each time is the same, excellent!
