Outside: Private grounds of approximately 700 m² currently being developed. 3 km from Plouagat (shops), this stone building, close to the owners' dairy farm, will appeal to lovers of the countryside: space, brightness, personalized decoration by the owner who will be happy to inform you about all the visits to make during your stay. In less than 5 minutes, you will reach the main roads to visit either the Pink Granite Coast (Perros Guirec 45 minutes away) or the Penthièvre Coast with the renowned resorts of Pléneuf Val André, Erquy, Cap Fréhel and St Malo... Much closer to your holiday home, you will enjoy strolling in Guingamp (7 km) in this town of character which is distinguished by its half-timbered houses and its football stadium. But if you prefer the coast, you can easily reach Binic 21 km away: a pretty seaside resort with 5 beaches. 20 km from the beaches of Plouha, its cliffs and its magnificent port of Gwin Zégal. 29 km from Paimpol, 35 km from Bréhat. At the gates of Guingamp and close to pretty towns of character... Quintin,...
