Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I booked and paid for this property and answered several emails that were sent to me by Host and Fly. They cancelled my booking because they said that I did not respond. I had to spend some time getting my money refunded through Expedia. Now despite the cancellation they are asking for a review of the accommodation that I did not use. Shambolic organisation!
