My accommodation has been renovated since (May 2019) and is located in the city center, in a quiet area overlooking an interior courtyard, in a fully renovated historic building. It will be entirely at your disposal to provide you with everything you need. :

Take tram line 2 towards Grand Val, get off at the 50 Otages stop, and walk 2 minutes towards the Prefecture. 3 Rue des Pénitentes is perpendicular to it. Alternatively, from the city center, take Bus C2 and get off at 50 Otages; it's faster. Or take Bus 38 from the airport for €2, cheaper than the shuttle which costs €8. It will drop you off at Grèneraie; take the Busway to the Foch Cathédrale terminus stop and walk 5 minutes to 3 Rue des Pénitentes. From the train station: It takes 15 1 minute if you walk well. PGJyPg Otherwise, from Gare du Nord, take line 1 towards PGJyPg François Mitterrand, get off at Commerce station, then take line 2 towards Grand Val, get off at 50 Otages station, a 2-minute walk towards the Prefecture, and 3 rue des Pénitentes is perpendicular to it.
