Le Lovely - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Perpignan, this charming apartment entirely renovated, at 10 minutes with foot of the heart of the city, of a surface of 44 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room, an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony overlooking gardens. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A corridor leading to a dressing room
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony facing South East, dimension 1×8 m with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Perpignan in a district along the ramparts, 10 minutes walk from the heart of the city, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, and the main monuments and emblematic places of the city...

Activities :
Located about thirty kilometers from the Spanish border, Perpignan is classified as a City of Art and History thanks to its past as the former continental capital of the kingdom of Majorca. Once past the imposing fortified gate, stroll along the narrow streets and discover the treasures of the old city, such as the Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the Place de la Loge, the Loge de la mer, the fortress palace of the kings of Majorca... stroll in the heart of the Bir Hakeim square or along the majestic promenade des Platanes. Come to discover this Catalan city par excellence by staying in this accommodation.

Nice stay in a quiet part of Perpignan. At least the apartment was very quiet. Easy access to free parking. Close to the center of Perpignan. Easy access to keys and a nice welcome.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt, somit sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt's genug in der Nähe der Wohnung. Diese sind von 9 bis 18 Uhr kostenpflichtig (!). Kosten für die gesamte Parkzeit 2 Euro. Auch wenn die Parkgebühr gering ist, sollte man sie ernst nehmen, sonst kann es teuer werden.

Le Lovely "Une mauvaise expérience ! 🙁 L'appartement était plutôt bien aménagé et entièrement équipé. Malheureusement, nous avons dû le quitter la troisième nuit. Les propriétaires nous ont informés la veille de notre arrivée qu'il y avait quelques insectes dans la cage d'escalier et qu'ils seraient enlevés ""lundi"" par une entreprise spécialisée. L'appartement lui-même était propre. Cela s'est avéré être un mensonge! Le deuxième soir, nous avons trouvé 3 ou 4 insectes dans l'appartement (des cafards) que nous avons tués. Après un retour tardif le troisième jour, de nombreux cafards sont apparus dans toutes les parties de l'appartement (cuisine, salle de bain, salon, chambre à coucher), ce qui nous a incités à faire immédiatement nos valises pendant la nuit et à informer les hôtes par SMS. Leur tentative de nous trouver un autre appartement le matin a échoué, ce qui nous a contraints à aller à l'hôtel pour les quatre jours restants de notre séjour. Cela signifiait malheureusement des coûts beaucoup plus élevés, une perte de confort considérable et un changement de nos plans. Malheureusement, seuls les 4 jours non utilisés nous ont été remboursés. Une mauvaise expérience !"
