It is located on the ground floor of the Karatas building in the Holiday Village located at Pointe de Helleux, between Sainte Anne and Saint François.

The studio is composed of a living room fitted out with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a convertible sofa, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace with an equipped kitchenette.

The location of the apartment allows you to take advantage of the space in front of the terrace without overlooked or passage; while being close to the beach and swimming pool 2 minutes walk.
