Studio Karuker’As - Aouara 1325

Looking for a change of scenery in an idyllic seaside setting? We invite you to set down your bags at the Karuker'As studios.
Nestling on the Pointe du Helleux, between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, we welcome you to this beautiful air-conditioned studio with a sea view, just a few metres from the beach and shared swimming pools. With a surface area of 31m², it is equipped to accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift) in the heart of a three-star residence, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with a sleeping area, a sitting area, an office (for the studious), a pretty shower room and a 9 m² veranda (typical veranda) with fitted kitchen, offering a privileged view of the sea and the tropical gardens. Fully equipped, wifi, sheets and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation:
- A living room with a sleeping area (a 180×200 king-size bed), a sitting area with a double sofa bed, a desk, a dressing area and a wardrobe.
- A terrace with a fully-equipped kitchen: Nespresso pod coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, 4-person dining table.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Activities :
- Thanks to the Loisipass included in the studio rental, you will have access to the swimming pools, services and activities included.

- Pool 1: 700 m² heated swimming pool with 50 m² children's pool.
- Pool 2: 150 m² heated swimming pool on the heights of the residence.
Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.

A wide range of daytime and evening activities are available throughout the season in the village, thanks to the Loisipass wristband (included in the price of your stay; excluding the period when services are closed for maintenance between the beginning of September and the end of the first week in October).

- Sports lessons
- Discovery of the surrounding area, traditional games, treasure hunts, "Tell me a story" for the little ones...
- Animated evenings with entertainers, and children's clubs during the school holidays.
- Regional evenings with presentations of the region, its folklore and tasting of local produce.
- During your stay, you can also take advantage of the 2 beautiful beaches with deckchairs on the edge of the village, free entertainment (beach volleyball, pétanque, archery, gentle gym, Spot club for teenagers aged 12 to 17 open during the school holidays, table tennis, introductory golf, fitness, playground, etc.), the water sports centre with flyboarding, jet skiing, kitesurfing, etc.
- To be paid for on site, children's club (3 to 11 years old, open during school holidays), wellness area (massage, yoga), water sports activities (flyboarding, kitesurfing, paddle, diving, surfing).

Outside the holiday village, you can easily take a day trip around the island from Basse Terre to Grande Terre.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
It is advisable to hire a car to discover the island independently.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Pointe-à-Pitre airport 30 km away
- Saint-François marina and ferry terminal, with daily boat services to the surrounding islands (Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, La Désirade).

Please note:
- For families or groups of friends of more than 4 people, an identical adjoining studio can be rented at the same time, subject to availability.
- Sheets and towels included (A change of bedding is possible during your stay for stays of more than 10 days on request from the concierge. The cost of this service must be paid directly to the concierge).
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Please note that loss of the Loisipass will incur a charge of €80 per lost wristband.
- Dogs and cats are welcome in the accommodation as long as they are clean and not likely to cause any damage or nuisance. However, they are absolutely forbidden to stay on the beds and sofas. A bowl is provided for them. An additional charge of €30 per stay is payable at the time of booking.
- The opening of communal areas is subject to the decisions of the residence.
- The cleaning package is compulsory: cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, wash your dishes, clean your household appliances after use and dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided outside the building before you leave.
- For any stay of more than 6 nights, we will be pleased to welcome you with a welcome drink.
- The holiday village will be closed for maintenance from early September to early October.
