Family week away

The apartment was close walking distance to the Arenal. It was very clean and had most things that we needed. The swimming pool was a nice size and also very clean. The check in was not so good as you have to collect the keys from Interhome office, and the apartment was a 10-minute walk a way which if you haven't got a car is not easy with cases across all the roads. Instructions were also not good if we didn't have family who live there, we would not have found it, even they struggled.

Needs an Update!

As repeated clients, we have booked this apartment for the last 5 years and have the next two years booked, However, we do feel there are a few updates; There has been a leak from upstairs and the lounge ceiling is stained yellow and there is peeling paint on the ceilings and walls, the entire apartment needs a re-paint, There is no sheer/net curtain in the twin room. There is only a curtain pole. The boiler still leaks and has a bowl catching water which has been for last 3 years.

Bien, familia con niños

Muy buena localización y el jardin y la piscina están muy bien. Plaza de garage es justa si se viene con un coche grande. El apartamento esta bien, con todos los accesorios, pero el uso se nota. La caldera gotea un poco, una cortina de la ducha está caida y el lavavajillas tiene el soporte de la junta roto. Un toldo en la terraza se agradecería. El Wifi debe ser mejorado, no se coje señal en todos los cuartos. Se retrasaron media hora en la entrega de llaves.

Thank you for sending us your review and we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused to your stay. Nevertheless, a maintenance worker visited the property and repaired both the boiler and the dishwasher. The shower curtain was also replaced.

- les pièces cuisine salle bain...ne sont pas propres et pas entretenues (manque d hygiène complète) - Meubles vétustes appareils vétustes même cassés /pommeaux douches usés/ rideaux de douche sales et vétustes - nécessaires de cuisine et nettoyage manquants - airo : l air chaud revient sur la terrasse !! - eau chaude 2 salles de bain rarement - pas mal de bruit cette année(cela fait la 3eme que nous réservons cet appart chez vous) - wifi catastophe - television vétuste - DECEVANT

Nos collègues sur place nous confirment avoir fait faire remplacer le pommeau de douche et le rideau de douche. N'oubliez pas que l'équipe de ménage peut toujours être renvoyée dans le logement si le nettoyage ne vous est pas convenant. Merci d'avoir pris le temps de rédiger votre commentaire, nous vos assurons que nous anticipons les améliorations à apporter au logement.

Schöne Anlage in Top Lage

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine sehr gepflegte Anlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und Promenade. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand mit riesigem Balkon zur Poolseite Das Inventar ist gut und ausreichend. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und haben große gemütliche Betten. Einzig, das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett gleicht eher einer Abstellkammer und kann nur von Kindern bewohnt werden. Die Klimaanlage ist eher schlecht und bedarf mal einer ordentlichen Gebrauchsanweisung. Die Anlage kann nur generell angeschaltet werden (wenn sie funktioniert). Die Zimmer können nicht unabhängig klimatisiert werden. Dazu habe ich die Anlage bis zum letzten Tag nicht verstanden.Sie hat schon ihre Ausfälle. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist schön aber verlangt schon etwas Geschick beim Einparken. Also kurzum: Tolle Anlage, tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage. Leider hat bei der Hitze die Klimaanlage für negative Stimmung gesorgt.

Holiday apartment in Javea

Apartment was nice and spacious. Location is perfect. However, the apartment itself was poorly equipped, showers were very average and kitchen and bathrooms could do with a refurb. Kettle didn't boil and there was limited equipment in the kitchen for cooking.

Nou Fontana

Nou Fontana is a lovely residence close to the north end of the Arenal area of Javea. It has a beautiful pool and well maintained gardens and looks to be fully accessible if you're less able. There's underground parking but it would be a tight squeeze to park when full. There isn't a lot of space around the pool to sunbathe because there's a lot of shade cast by the buildings and trees. Our apartment wasn't very comfortable and was a bit sparse. Wicker chairs are ok for a conservatory but not for sitting in all evening. There was only Spanish TV, not even an English speaking radio station. The toilet door didn't close and the extraction fan ran 24/7. Kitchen equipment was only just adequate (2 pans and 3 frying pans) so don't think you'll be able cook a complicated meal, even for only two people. I've scored Poor about directions, probably because we didn't understand the door numbering system but it was annoying. In spite of the above complaints I would return to Nou Fontana but would look for an apartment that had better and more comfortable facilities.
