The space
This house has 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 full bathrooms in total, with 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs, as well as 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom in the finished basement. It features a beautiful open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. There is also a living room in the basement with a reading/computer desk, couches, and two smart TVs w/ RoKu (Netflix, Hulu, etc). The backyard has a full fence around it. There is a laundry room w/ a washer and dryer available. It is ideal for large groups.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire large 5-bedroom, 2-bath home. There is a spacious, fenced backyard. And the driveway can fit up to 5 vehicles

We also have 3 cameras outside that are recording at all times, and the front camera also has voice detection so it can notify us if there are any unauthorized parties.

This house was perfect for our stay of 5 friends. The house was bigger than we anticipated and we each got our own bedroom. We loved the proximity to Univ of Nebraska Omaha and all the restaurants on Maple St.

None of the kitchen appliances had any power. There was a large burn mark on the refrigerator. Contacted the host who had us flip breakers and nothing fixed the issue. Host said they would refund us half and this has not been done nor have they had any communication with us since. We spent money on groceries as well as food delivery because we could not cook the food we had. Property has not been maintained, back yard was a mess and trash bins were completely full and overflowing. Very disappointed I used my one key cash on this. I usually have really good results with my VRBO stays, but this one was definitely a miss! Would not recommend.

Great place for a group!

We had plenty of beds for our group of 11. The kids enjoyed using the charcoal BBQ to make smores. Getting on & off the busy road in front really wasn't too bad!

A group a business owners booked the property to attend a conference in town. Upon arrival we entered the property and immediately were hit with a musty pet odor type smell and the place looked extremely dingy. The walls, trim, and doors were covered in scratches, scuffs and stains. The bathroom tiles were broken, the vanity looked like it had been through a meat grinder. Hey at least they had a few extra rolls of toilet paper!The worst of the matter was how dirty the place was. The bathroom had hair and stains all over. The bedding was disgusting. Multiple mystery stains of different colors and who knows what. We let the host know the first night and they offered to send cleaners back next day. The place doesn't need just cleaners; it needs remodeled AND cleaned. We made accommodations 2 hours away to not have to stay in this dump second night.Once we complained it took over 4 hours for the host to respond. We initially asked for one night refund, and they would not do it. So here are working through VRBO customer service because this host totally misrepresents the quality of this property.

More mystery stains.
Hair on bathroom.

Our property is professionally cleaned before every reservation, and our cleaning team reported no odor or unusual issues prior to your check-in. The photos you submitted reflected only minor wear and tear that we are already addressing as part of routine upkeep. We responded to your initial message as promptly as possible and offered to send our cleaners back the next day to resolve your concerns, which you declined. While we understand every guest has different preferences, we respectfully disagree with your characterization of the space as a “dump” or “misrepresented.” Our listing photos and description accurately reflect the home, and many other guests have had positive stays with no such complaints. Unfortunately, your messages quickly became hostile and disrespectful, which made productive resolution more difficult. We welcome fair and constructive feedback, and always do our best to address issues as they arise. We’re committed to offering a respectful experience for both guests and hosts.

Stay was as accurate as other on line reviews in terms of amenities and location! Only changes we would like to see is to have the lawn mowed…. It wasn’t very inviting as is. Had outdoor games with us, but didn’t use because of this.

Omaha Family Get Together

Overall, we were happy with the accommodations. Nothing fancy but the price was right and was adequate for our stay. The property manager was very responsive to any questions. The property was suppose to be ready at 4 pm but was not ready until 4:45 pm plus the driveway was not shoveled. We had to shovel to get our cars in the driveway. There is plenty of parking for up to 5-6 cars. Could have more silverware and blankets. We had a nice time. Thank you for sharing your home.
