Quiet air-conditioned villa on the heights of Grimaud: From the pool or its terraces, you will enjoy a panoramic view between the sea and the hills of Grimaud. Comfortable interior, a beautiful pool, a very large terrace, the song of cicadas: everything you need to enjoy your stay near the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Beaches: Pampelonne at 20 minutes, Grimaud at 9 minutes, Sainte-Maxime at 15 minutes. Saint-Tropez: 11 km. A beautiful address for a peaceful family or friends vacation.
The single-story villa consists of a large living room with a lounge-dining area opening onto the large terrace and its panoramic view. A beautiful outdoor lounge is at your disposal, and the outdoor dining area is sheltered under a terrace. The equipped kitchen is open to the bright living room. In the sleeping area, you will find a 1st bedroom (bed 180x200) with its bathroom and toilet, a 2nd with 2 separate beds (90x200), and a 3rd with a bed 160x200. A bathroom and toilet.
A few steps lead you to the pool and its sun loungers from the terrace.
For your comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, outdoor laundry, outdoor shower.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit (1500€), tourist tax. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee (170 euros).
Additional option for a pet: 30€.
Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for single beds per change, 8 euros per towel kit per person.
