    Authentique mais rustique

    Nous avons ete surpris par le fait que le studio avec 2 couchages n'était pas connecte au reste du chalet, ce qui nest jamais indique dans l'annonce. De plus, la cuisine n'est pas équipée pour cuisiner pour 11 personnes, sans parler du lave vaisselle et des nombreuses ampoules en panne. Le menage est succinct. La literie aussi. Points positifs: chalet rustique et authentique, facilité d'acces et tout proche des pistes (les Houches) en moins de 5 minutes en auto.

Nous aimerions clarifier que notre description mentionne bel et bien qu'il n'y a pas de connexion interne : "À l'étage inférieur: (escalier extérieur)" et nous sommes navrés si jamais cette information n'était pas assez claire. Les ampoules ont été remplacées très récemment mais nous sommes à votre disposition dans le cas où vous rencontriez le moindre problème durant votre séjour. Cela est également valable pour les mécontentements liés au ménage, nous pouvons en effet demander une seconde intervention de notre équipe si la propreté du logement n'est pas à la hauteur de vos attentes et nos agents ont été informés afin de garantir plus de rigueur à l'avenir. Nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée mais nous espérons avoir la chance de vous accueillir à nouveau pour vos prochaines vacances. Bien cordialement, Votre équipe Interhome Group.

    vraie ambiance montagne

    Nous étions 4 couples + 1 enfant de 2 ans et un chien, répartition nickel. Plusieurs ampoules grillées à l'arrivée. WIFI payant ... Bon équipement général, un appareil à raclette (avec rallonge) serait bienvenu :) Rendre les clés à Chamonix n'est pas pratique ; pourquoi pas une boîte aux lettres au chalet ? On a passé une bonne semaine !

    État du chalet convenable mais un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenue. PoUr le prix, il pourrait y avoir les draps compris tout comme le papier toilette. Localisation nickel avec une vue splendide. Le contact avec L’agence inter home a été facile et appréciable.
