Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Pool house with fridge, shower, WC and cooking stove, table tennis, boules, terrace (80 m2), fireplace. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Carport. Shop, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Les Jardins de Provence" 1 km. Tennis 400 m. Nearby attractions: Avignon 18 km, Orange 25 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates. Please note: independent access, without vis-à-vis. A pool with fish is on the premises of the rental.
7-room house 270 m2 on 2 levels. Large entrance hall. Living/dining room 55 m2 with TV (flat screen). Lounge 50 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin with corner bath. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm), shower/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). 2nd upper floor: playroom 55 m2 with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV and air conditioning. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, microwave). Shower/WC. Deck chairs (9). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Access from the pool house, by a spiral staircase: double bedroom (140 cm), air conditioning, shower / WC. The games room has table football, American billiards and training equipment (bike, walking mats ...).

Liste des problèmes à corriger

Des loueurs depuis + de 20 ans, qui ont un oeil une vue sur le lieu. Le chauffage central à fond, pour notre 1ere nuit. La piscine bleue le jour d'arrivée, verte le dimanche, verte émeraude troublée le lundi, bleue/verte le mardi, verte le mercredi, turquoise trouble le jeudi, et enfin bleue le vendredi. Usage d'antialgues multi-actif, chlore, PH+, et ? Risques pour nous ? 2 détendeurs gaz à remplacer 2019, des capsules café 2013, des fils électriques dénudés. Des fenêtres au ras du sol.

Superbe demeure avec parc et coin piscine magnifique. Parc bien clôturé aucun souci pour les enfants. Tout petit bémol. Il manque une grande table pour l extérieur. Je recommande vivement cette location. Propriétaires sympathiques. Petite attention à notre arrivée.

Wunderbarer Garten, mangelhafte Aircondition

Die Außenanlage ist traumhaft und sehr gut gepflegt. Essen unter Bäumen, super Piscine, genügend Liegen, Bouleplatz, Platz zum Spielen. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit viel Geschirr. Haus blitzsauber, aber leider fehlende Aircondition. Obwohl vier Stück vorhanden, konnte nur eine benützt werden. So war an Schlafen wegen der Hitze kaum zu denken.

Belle maison dans un cadre verdoyant, parc très beau et bien entretenu. Séjour sympa avec des amis, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bons moments. Accueil très agréable des propriétaires.
