Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in downtown Atlanta - very clean, very comfortable beds and couch, plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and would easily accommodate 5 or 6. Parking was easy, building is very accessible to everything and staff there was very inviting. Host is extremely responsive. We would happily stay here again.

The place is just as pictured. Loved having my own bathroom and that both are en-suites. The area is not the absolute best (at night), but it is secure and safe. The parking space is what's clutch. Going out in ATL is easy but getting home and finding a parking space is often an issue… this eliminated that. The host was super responsive.

Great Location for Downtown

VRBO was comfortable and had everything we needed. Building was secure and parking space provided was a nice bonus. We were close to everything downtown. Only downside to us was the amount of people smoking in the building and outside on their balconies.

High hopes quickly faded quickly to misery!

Planning a family stop in Atlanta on our way home form the beach, we love making a stop to show the kids museums, local attractions, etc. and having planned multiple such attempts before searched for properties central to the Atlanta attractions we intended to visit, with parking and plenty of space for our family of 6 to stop. This condo looked like a great option in a good location when we booked but quickly faded when communication with the owner was difficult, the parking provided was withheld for the longest time and frankly should not have any listing that accommodates games as the area and property wasn't very secure. Needless to say we did not sleep a wink the first night of our 2 night booking and felt for everyone's sanity and safety it was best to cut our trip and visit to Atlanta short! I would DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION and OWNER!! Owner clearly doesn't understand what a young family needs and thinks security stops at the front desk! Repeatedly trying to contact owner acted as if they didn't understand at all why a door to the patio would be open or unable to shut properly!! Lost out on a nights rental, famy sleep and attractions in Atlanta when we had to call our trip short! Pros: - Unit location/proximity to Atlanta attractions including Georgia Aquarium, Parks, Zoo Atlanta, etc. - Well decorated, cute furnishings and good wallpaper that wasmostly in good working order. - Main Lobby Security was ok, we did witness several people enter without keyfobs and security didn't say a word. Cons: - Property was less than secure for a family stay, so much so, we didn't sleep a wink all night! - Balcony door was open when we arrived, wouldn't shut well and kept opening through the night. (Owner responded the door was heavy and shouldn't open, but property dictates no lock on the door.) Weight doesn't matter on a door staying closed, there is clearly an unaddressed issue! - Property is extremely loud, expecting downtown noise, but car alarms that sound right outside the door all through the night, screaming, car horns, etc kept everyone awake. Some window covering to dampen noise would help. - Bed like sleeping on cardboard box with small pillows - extremely uncomfortable added to noisy sleepless night. - For a 6 person booking, 3 towels left out and had to provide all guests names. Should have adequate towels out without searchingto find more. - Much more I could say, but this was the worst VRBO experience I've ever had!!!!!

Great location, great condo!

We highly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Host was very responsive. Condo was spacious and clean with full kitchen, laundry, and free parking. Plenty of room for our family. Location was fabulous. Walking distance to so many major attractions and restaurants. Felt safe with security features at the condo. Would absolutely stay again.
