For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 19.Jun. - 12.Sep.). Parking. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 300 m. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Narbonne Plage, 6 km. The photograph shows a typical example. Near the Mateille lake. Please note: bermuda shorts prohibited in the swimming pool.
3-room terraced house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), TV (flat screen). Kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), shower/WC. 1 children's room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 140 cm with curtain, rooflight with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Small patio 12 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Un desproposito

Al llegar tuvimos que esperar mas de 2 h porque la persiana del alojamiento estaba cerrada y no habia manera de contactar con el anfitrión para encontrar una solución.Una vez dentro el nivel de limpieza mas que deficiente, suelos sucios, migas de pan en la mesa hasta pelos dentro de la nevera.Sinceramente no creo que sea un buen servicio para un huésped.Me dedico al sector y jamas se me ocurriria dar un servicio asi a ninguno de mis clientes.

Super Lage, strandnah, für 4 Personen gerade so ausreichend. In der Küche befanden sich angebrochene Lebensmittel. In einem Schrank standen von außen klebrige angebrochene Flaschen. Der Schrank mit Mülleimer war sehr verschmutzt von innen. Die Toiletten haben übel gerochen, weshalb ich einen Klosteine hineingehängt habe. Das obere WC war mit einem halben Vorhang zum Zimmer abgetrennt statt mit einer Tür. Die Spülmaschine spülte mangelhaft. Die Couch war unbenutzbar da kaputt.

Ganz ok

In den Schränken sollte es sauberer sein, der Schrank unter der Spüle war von innen sehr verschmutzt. In einem anderen Schrank standen klebrige Flaschen. Die Spülmaschine spülte mangelhaft, sodass das Geschirr und Besteck an anschließend per Hand nachgespült werden musste. Die Toilettenschüsseln stanken, ich habe Klosteine hineingehängt, dann war es ok. Eine Klimaanlage wäre sinnvoll bei der Hitze, ein Ventilator richtet da nicht so viel aus. Die Couch könnte nicht benutzt werden da defekt. Die Lage des Gebäudes ist prima. Der Preis ist auch ok für 4 Personen und 2 Wochen 987€.

Quartier très agréable mais la location sale : poussières non faites, sols non lavés gros doute sur les mesures sanitaires vu l état du logement (nous payons un nettoyage final par interhome mais je ne pense pas que cela soit fait à chaque changement de locataire dommage) , douche bouchée, pb frigo résolu rapidement heureusement, pas de clim, lave vaisselle sale et ne lave pas très bien pb déjà remonté apparemment mais non resolu et peu d intimité sur la terrasse car très passager.

Un logement pas très adapté aux enfants de moins de 5 ans ni aux plus de 10 ans. La chambre sous comble a une fenêtre velux qui ne s'ouvre pas. Pièce exiguë et étouffante.Très difficile d'accès pour un adulte. Douches qui manquent de pression d'eau. Propreté très décevante à l'arrivée. Mérite de l'entretien et des travaux de rafraîchissement .

MAISON TRES BIEN. Mais ce n'est pas ce qu'il nous aurait fallu. Nous avons réservé pour 5 adultes et avons eu 2 chambres avec lit 140 et une pièce "chambre d'enfant" (hauteur sous poutre 1.10m/1.40m) que nous n'avons pu utiliser (à moins de mettre un casque !!) et avons dû utiliser le canapé du salon .
