Rocca Bianca is a lovely apartment with stunning sea views and a lovely view of Notre Dame de la Garde, the good mother, from the balcony. Here the sea view is everywhere, from the living room, the 2 bedrooms and even the balcony. You can stroll while watching the boats enter and exit the Old Port or the changing light of the sunset and have breakfast on the balcony facing Notre Dame de la Garde. Completely redesigned and refurbished in 2022, the apartment is fully air-conditioned. Rocca Bianca is located on the hillside, placed on the rock of where its name. The stunning view: attention favorite!

Located in the picturesque district of Samathan, Rocca Bianca overlooks the sea, from the Auffes Valley to the Catalan beach and the famous Swimmers' Circle. The Endoume district and these many shops is a 5-minute walk away. It is the ideal location to enjoy the life of Marseille.

Composition of the house:

The exterior:
The apartment offers a small balcony with unobstructed views of the sea on your left and a view of Notre Dame de la Garde on your right. Two people can sit there.

The night corner:
Upon entering on the left you will find 2 bedrooms with double bed each with sea view and storage. The 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The day corner:
On your right the day corner offers a room with sitting area, dining table and open kitchen. it is through this room that you will access the balcony and will most often enjoy the magnificent sea view.

The bathroom is:
facing the entrance the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Air conditioning/ Wifi/ Washing machine/ Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine/ Welcome coffee capsules offered ...

The cocoonr service:
You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person of the agency Cocoonr Marseille who will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.

Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access.

Location:
Samatan is a picturesque neighborhood formerly composed of fisherman’s house it has become a popular neighborhood. It is located on a hill overlooking the sea near the endoume district, the auffes valley or the Old Port.

Rocca Bianca Die Wohnung befindet sich an erhöhter Lage. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön auf das Meer und auch auf La Bonne Mère. Morgens scheint die Sonne in die Wohnung, abends sieht man den Untergang der roten Sonne über dem Meer. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 Min. zu Fuss, zum Beginn des Vieux Port ca. 30 Min. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe klappte gut. Der Balkon war für uns zu klein.

L’appartement était très froid à notre arrivée. Ça a pris 24h pour chauffer la chambre et le salon avec la clim réversible. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très fonctionnelles. Il n’y a pas de bruit. La fenêtre du salon ne se ferme pas correctement et la poignée est à l’envers."

We had ants and had to do extra cleaning to get rid of them. Eu un petit souci avec le badge/clé de l'entrée mais grâce à l'équipe, a qui je les remercie infiniment d'avoir reagi très vite,ils ont super bien géré ce souci.....L'équipe est au TOP, super aimable, d'une gentillesse, rapidité, dévouement.....je vous conseille de partir en vacances avec Cocoon! 🙁 ● L'isolation des fenêtres, quand le vent souffle fort: ça tire , siffle, et même si on ferme les volets c'est juste horrible car on a l'impression que tout va s'envoler, les portes claques et ce malgré qu'elle sont fermées....à cause de ça, on à passé 2 nuits blanches....heureusement que c'était mes 2 derniers jours!"
