With a brand new bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with top line appliances, a dining room with soaring ceilings, Provençal floor tiles and large beams, this space was designed to be luxurious and theatrical.

A - GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
1 - Duration of rental:
Your stay cannot exceed the number of nights indicated on your rental contract.
2 - Arrivals:
. Arrival is handled at the apartment after 2pm. Should the apartment be
vacant the night prior to your arrival, we offer the possibility of entry before 2pm.
. In case of delay at your arrival, we ask you to inform us as soon as
possible so we may reorganize accordingly.
. Any check in between 11pm to 5am will be subject to 30€ super late check in
3 - Departure:
. Check out time is until 10am.
. We will meet you at the agreed time. A survey of the apartment will be done in your presence.
. The tenant will, at this time, return the keys.
. Should the apartment be vacant the evening of your departure date, it is possible to request to stay in the premises until 12pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us to know whether this option is possible or not.
. If your departure time must be after 12pm we suggest that you extend your rental time to 7pm, for a supplement of only 50% of the per night rate, provided that the apartment is not rented that evening. Should this apply to you, please contact us.
B - USE OF PREMISES
. The residence shall not be occupied by or left in the care or anyone not listed below. The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the
number of 4 people. No exceptions will be made. This policy guarantees our customers maximum comfort.
. The guest shall not keep any pets without written permission from the owner.
. The apartment is for personal use only. The apartment is not to be used for professional or commercial activities of any kind. The guest shall use the premises only as a temporary residence and shall not engage illegal, dangerous nuisance or other activity that could embarrass the owner or cause the owner to receive complaints from other residents or building management.
. The guest and accompanying occupants agree to not make noise or otherwise disturb other tenants and agree to respect the rules common to the building. Should the guests ignore the rules of the building, they engage their sole responsibility.
. The owner shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to tenant and guests or guest's belongings other than as a result of the owner gross negligence.
. The guest agrees that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
. The guest agrees to be responsible for insuring his personal property.
. During reasonable hours, the owner shall have the right to enter the premises for necessary repairs, upon prior notice of the guest.
. The owner will not be held responsible for cuts in water, gas or electrical service, or theft or damages involving the guest’s personal effects. Nor will the owner be held responsible for neighborhood nuisances.
C - DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The deposit is fully refundable within the week of departure:
1 - If all debris, rubbish and discards will be removed from the apartment.
2 - If no dishes will be left dirty. A 50€ supplement will be charged if the dishes is left dirty or the garbage is not removed from the apartment.
3 - If no damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
4 - If all keys are given back to the property manager the day of check out.
5 - If all charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
6 - If no linens are lost or damaged.
7 - If the tenant is not evicted by the owner.
8 - If the full balance of rent is due before check-in.
9 - If no charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or
Services rendered during the stay, if no illegal, dangerous, professional or commercial activities of any kind have occurred during the stay.
D - CANCELLATION
1 - 50% refund of the reservation/damage deposit if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to check-in date. No refund of the reservation/damage deposit for cancellation within 30 days of check-in.
2 - Monthly guests must cancel 60 days prior to check-in. Monthly guests who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least 60 days prior to check-in.
3 – Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
4 - the payment for premises is refundable only where there is “force majeure” or written agreement between the owner and the tenant.
5 - Cancellation should be made by email. Cancellations by phone are not admitted.
6 - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
The guest agrees that violation of this agreement will require the tenant to immediately vacate the apartment and forfeit the payment.
This agreement represents the entire agreement and understanding between the owner and the guest.
