SituĂ© dans le quartier du Vieux Port, cet appartement en duplex, ensoleillĂ© et spacieux, mesure environ 120 mÂČ et est actuellement configurĂ© avec 2 chambres Ă  coucher, un Ă©tage supĂ©rieur et un balcon extĂ©rieur offrant une vue imprenable sur le port et la place du cours d'Estienne D'Orves.

Avec belle une salle de bain, une grande cuisine trÚs bien équipée, un living room avec poutres apparentes et un carrelage provençal au sol, cet espace a été conçu pour allier luxe et comfort.

Nous nous sommes concentrés sur tous les détails : de la douceur des oreillers au confort du canapé en passant par la richesse des serviettes de bain...

Marseille is amazing. The locatiom of the condo could not be better. Just keep im mind that it is on 4th floor, which was fine for us, but i can see an issue for some. Pefect condo to enjoy Marseille and the Old Port area.

Loved the apartment and the location by the port. So much activity on the doorstep. The only downside is that there is no lift and it's on the top floor but it is an historic building so you have to take that into account. We'd still come back.

Perfect place to stay & explore Marseille

This was a great light & spacious apartment, very clean & well appointed. Loved the mezzanine bedroom. Had the advantage of double glazing which was a must for us at night as it is a vibrant city into the small hours. The views of the square & the marina were amazing & it was a a great base to explore Marseille by foot & by boat. The host kept in touch & made the whole process of arriving & leaving very smooth. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Excellent location and home

My husband and 12 year old son enjoyed our one week stay in Marseille at this apartment. Yes, it is on the top floor requiring climbing up stairs at the end of the tiring day but well worth the accommodation. The air conditioning was very welcomed after the end of a long day. My son loved the loft area and claimed it as his room. The upstairs was definitely hotter but there was a fan to help with keeping it cool. My husband and I opted to the lower floor bedroom for temperature reasons. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The view is incredible. There were nearby eateries and markets. the home is well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was a bit more firm than preferred but still slept well. I would highly recommend but just be forewarned about the climb up the stairs. We would stay here again. Also the check in process was very smooth and Kenya was very communicative and easy to contact to update her on our arrival to Marseille. The check out process was very easy as well.

Une semaine diversifiée et intense

Enormément de lieux culturels et spirituels. Ville chargée d'Histoire. Mer, ville et montagnes. Mille découvertes. Appart trÚs bien situé: accÚs rapide à mer, vieille ville et transports vers montagnes. Petit bémol: 4 étages à gravir en escaliers! Isolation de l'appart super ! Les vitres fermées aucun ou trÚs peu de bruit de ville et marché.

In the heart of Marseille Old Port

This is a nice property in a great location. I likely would have selected a different property for our stay in Marseille had I understood the nature of the vertical climb required to access the apartment: the 4+ flights of stairs that you have to scale to reach the front door are quite difficult (and we are physically fit!). I would also comment that the apartment floor plan is a bit unusual. The loft is also difficult to access (another steep ascent). I can't imagine that this would be a comfortable apartment stay for more than 2 guests. With that said, we had a nice stay - a number of very good restaurants within 50 meters of the front door!

Relaxed city trip

With its proximity to the "vieux port" and the metro, the flat is ideally located for exploring Marseille. Despite the hustle and bustle of the streets, we had relatively quiet nights as the windows isolate well. It was also pleasantly cool thanks to the air conditioning. The maisonette area can be a bit stuffy, but we were still able to sleep there. All in all, we had a lovely time.

A great find! We'd love to return..

We (2 adults and a teen) were extremely happy with this apartment, the photos may not do the place complete justice. It offers an amazing view and it has an amazing location (in addition to the obvious, la navette maritime 3 min walk from the building took us to L'Estaque (North, for kayaking) and to La Pointe Rouge and La Goude (South, for e-biking in the calanques) all in within another 5-10 minutes walk from the destination port. Totally unexpected and a treat in itself as we opted not to rent a car. Finally, the apartment itself was absolutely magical: in an old building with nice niches and the mezzanine that made our teen happy to take possession of. Another plus, it had everything, the kitchen was all equipped, an extra touch was the dryer! Yes, it works! Well, the touch... dryer for me/coffee machine for my husband. :) Grocery stores and restaurants practically just out of the building. And, I can go on: the communication with Marc was great, getting the keys easy! For us, the stairs too were amusing - great practice before hiking. Seriously, not for people with mobility or heart problems, and ... they could make you buy croissants for breakfast on your way up the evening before, ha ha totally not French, but we had a blast. BTW we are not in top shape despite all sporty things we claimed we did, surely we were not fit when we arrived, so if we could do it, you can too and the place is totally worth it!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Ja ich Habe fĂŒr 4 Tage/NĂ€chte die Wohnung von Marc bezogen. Ich habe bei diesem Objekt gute und schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Seit vielen Jahren habe ich weltweit solche Objekte bewohnt und nur einmal in den USA extrem Schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, in Marseille habe ich frĂŒher schon solche Appartements gemietet und die Preis/Leistung war soweit ok. Das Positive an der Wohnung von Marc ist die hervorragende zentrale Lage, sowie die herrliche Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist relativ ruhig und gut besonnt. Die Wohnung ist interessant eingeteilt und grosszĂŒgig. Die Seite die mich enttĂ€uscht hat ist, dass ich irgendwo gelesen habe, das es 4 Stockwerke bis zur Wohnung sind,das stimmt nicht, es sind mindestens 5 Stockwerke und fĂŒr das oben gelegene zweite Zimmer sind es 6. Das ist gar viel ohne Liftanlage. Weiter missfiel mir die Ausstattung, das Badezimmer ist von der Einteilung und Materialwahl korrekt, aber die billigste aller Seifen beim Lavabo und kein Duschgel bei der Dusche, empfand ich bei dieser Preislage schon fĂŒr sehr dĂŒrftig. Die Möbelierung und Ausstattung ist ohne Geschmack und GefĂŒhl fĂŒr angenehmes Wohnbehagen, einfach gesagt, sehr billig. GrundsĂ€tzlich wie bei der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, es fehlen zwar HandtĂŒcher. Der Empfang war freundlich und bei einer kleinen Reklamation hat sich Frau Kenja bemĂŒht das Problem zu lösen. FĂŒr mich stimmt die Preisleistung nicht mit dem Angebot, ich finde im Vergleich mit andern Anbietern von solchen Obje

Spacious and Centrally Located!

My family and I had an amazing visit to Marseille, and Marc's apartment was the perfect place to stay! The home was spacious, clean and centrally located to restaurants, groceries, attractions, the port, metro and bus lines. Marc and his local contracts were friendly and knowledgeable; the check in and out processes were easy and communication was timely. Honestly, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

Marseille Old Port

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Excellent location nigh in old port, easy walking distance to shops, train, and transportation. There was a grocery, boulangerie, and many restaurants right downstairs. The apartment had everything I needed during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage

Super gelegen, in einer Seitenstraße zum Hafen, mit Blick auf den Hafen und Notre Dame. Sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: 4. Etage ohne Aufzug, mit GepĂ€ck ein echtes Fitnesstraining. Insgesamt jedoch sehr gut :-)!

Location Location Location

Absolutely the most perfect location ever. Minutes from everything and the restaurant options are endless. It was easy to shop around and drop off our finds back at the apartment to lighten our load and keep exploring. By the end of our stay we felt like locals. We were initially there for a concert at the Orange Velodrome, which also proved very easy to get to via the metro. The only note to mention is that it is on the 4eme Etage and there is not an elevator. Being I am the sort to always take the stairs, we weren't impacted much by the climb. If you are fit and travel light fear not - for this is your place. I will admit, I had some trouble getting my heavy suitcase down for our final ride to the airport, but that was my fault for all the amazing shopping. The owner and hosts are fabulous as well. Communicative, helpful and knowledgable. Thank you!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Hat alles Bestens geklappt! Durften die Wohnung schon etwas frĂŒher beziehen. Die Lage ist optimal und die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmĂ€ssig eingerichtet. Wunderschöne Aussicht (4.Etage; ohne Lift) auf einen belebten Platz; aber trotzdem ruhig! Wir kommen gerne wieder👍
