River's Bend Cabin sits on a bluff overlooking the Caddo River and the Ouachita Mountains. The views are amazing and the water is so close that you can hear the ripples as it makes its way down the river. The cabin has a dipping pool with a waterfall feature that is open from May through September. There are steps down to the river where there is good swimming or fishing. We enjoyed staying here! We loved sitting outside early in the mornings to listen to the river and birds and enjoy the views. There was loud construction next door during the day, but we weren't there much during those times anyway. The steps to the river are incredibly steep and don't lead the entire way down, but it was worth it to make the trip down! The host was also very nice and easy to get in touch with when we needed.

The cabin is perfect, the pool was closed for the season but looks really inviting. The views from the deck are amazing, we watched the deer across the river and the eagles hunting the river. Added bonus this trip the northern lights gave us an awesome show.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The view was magnificent! We sat on the deck and watched the deer play in the field across the river. The sound of the river was so relaxing and the fall foliage was beautiful. The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Just what we needed for a few days.

This was our second time here at this amazing cabin. It was number two of many more to come. We want to come annually funds and time permitting and just make a tradition of it. Ive never stayed the same place twice in my life and neither has Claire, but the magic that happens here nestled on this bluff and overlooking this river and mountain view and the privacy you get while doing so is just absolutely priceless. Id buy it from them right now if I could. It really is a piece of heaven and it gives us peace and recenters us in a way that is parallel to none. They have everything you could need and the tranquility that you didnt even realize you needed. We will continue coming for ywars to come. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us and for displaying the picture claire painted. We look forward to our next experience.

This is our second time staying at River Bend and it was just as amazing as the last. We love the cabin - it has everything you need - but the views cannot be beat. We will stay at this cabin each time we visit the Caddo.

A cute and very clean cabin with a fantastic view. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed fishing (small mouth bass & sun fish), swimming and exploring the river. Taking a dip in the pool with the waterfall feature and star gazing. The steps to and from the river were a little steep but good exercise. . A great place to stay for a getaway.

This amazing property is so worth it! The view was stellar. The cabin was cozy and well-appointed with all the modern amenities. The plunge pool alone was worth the price! Quiet, secluded, perfect get-away spot to relax and get away from the grind. Owners were very communicative. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway!

Nice peaceful property with a great view. Pool doesn’t open till May but kids enjoyed fishing and swimming at the river below. Spent time there and drove over to Hot Springs for the day.

We have lived in this area most of our life and love its natural beauty. We take great pride in making sure our property is well maintained and look forward sharing this little piece of heaven with all of you.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Rivers Bend is a short drive from Glenwood on a quite part of the river. It's on a bluff overlooking the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains and the river is directly below, the sounds of the water rippling is very peacful. Rivers Bend has one of the most beautiful views on the river and is the only lodging on the river that has its own heated dipping pool with a waterfall. ( Open from May through September ).
