Private Studio, own entry, kitchenette, full bath.

Fully renovated and convertible garage into a cozy and comfortable studio for 2 people in a queen bed. Also, guests have a separate and private entrance to the place with self check in. Our studio Is 20min to the strip and 10min to the Speedway. Shopping centers and restaurants are pretty close by as well. It has a full bath, a kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things to cook your food. Access fo WIFI, and a Smart TV with Prime, Disney, Netflix and other free channels. Behind the small fridge, there is a door that leads to the main house’s laundry. That door is always locked for privacy. . We lrespect your privacy, but If you need further assistance, we are a message away.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
