Everything was wonderful! Gerard was great! The property and room were beautiful! It’s proximity to stores, restaurants, and the strip was a plus. Just watch out for the reps trying to get you into a timeshare presentation. They can be a little pushy!

This was our second time in about a year staying at this home for tradeshows. Great proximity to the convention center and strip while keeping us far enough away. A couple of really good restaurants located nearby. The outdoor area is great for lounging around before and after the show. Will stay again.

Tons of open space, with well furnished rooms that were kept very clean. The pool was well maintained.

Absolutely loved that this property was near the strip without actually being on the strip. The neighborhood was clean and inviting. The property was clean and welcoming. The pool was a delightful touch in the Vegas heat! My only complaint is the low quality pillows and squeaky ceiling fans.

My friends and I went on a girls trip and this was the perfect spot. Conveniently located about 15 min drive to the strip but also close to other restaurants/attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and the house overall was great. Everyone enjoyed the personal pool time! Thanks for hosting us!

This was a peaceful oasis away from the chaos of the strip. It was just what the doctor ordered for us. This place has zen.

We had a positive experience! Alan was great about getting back to us for any questions or needs we had. The home is warm and welcoming and the pool was refreshing..we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends!
