Take a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool or perhaps a workout in the fitness facility is more your speed. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room and partake in seasonal offerings, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals and be sure to swing by the gift shop for trip mementos. The many on-site amenities, including over 3,000 s.f. of meeting room space, makes SunDestin Beach Resort the perfect destination for vacations, reunions or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



Feel your every day stresses  fade away against the spectacular views at SunDestin Unit 1110. This one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four, successfully bringing the outdoors in for a delightful beach getaway! You’ll find everything in the fully-appointed kitchen to prepare snacks for the beach or just take it easy and lounge in the sunny open-concept space. Cozy up on plush furnishings in the living room with flat-screen TV, gather around the dining table with seating for four, and take in spectacular views on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Bed down on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Destin is a great place for family vacationing, brimming with an array of eateries for the whole family to enjoy. Check out Brotula’s Seafood House and Steamer or Margaritaville on the Destin harbor, both specializing in fresh cuisine and just five minutes from property!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Just stayed June 20 2025 -June 24 2025 the construction was not that big of a nuisance but waiting on the elevators because of the construction workers using it and not dedicating just one for them I think was a mistake. They are not a very handicap friendly and were not very accommodating.

Sundestin 1110 was a great place to stay. Condo was very clean, roomy and very comfortable. And the amazing view of the Gulf...WOW! The only downside was the smell of weed while we were sitting on the balcony. Would stay here again.

We have veen staying here for several years and have loved it but this time we were not happy that the outdoor pool wasn't open, then the indoor pool wasn't usable! Seems this construction could have been done in the off season instead of peak season!

The perfect getaway

The unit was so nice and clean with all the amenities. There is no way to explain the exquisite view from the entire living room and balcony. The entire staff, inside and out including the shop were so kind and accommodating and this is why we keep coming back. Can’t wait to have another vacation and come down. Well done!
