Beautiful views and lots of space for 8 people

The accommodations were great. The 4th bedroom is more like a den with a glass wall with curtains. No bathroom. The elevator exit is the main floor with living room. All bedrooms are downstairs. This was a little difficult with luggage. Beautiful views and lots of space for 8 people. We had a water leak and the host was very attentive in repairing it quickly. Nice accommodation. Would recommend. You will need transportation and there is lots of parking

Communication!

The property was very nice. The location was central to everything. Communication was very poor. This was the first time this Host/ owner ever did business with Vrbo. They did not reach out to me. I had to reach out to them. Up until the last minute they didn’t have a property manager. However, they did find a friend that lives in the building that helped me get into the property. They provided no directions until I requested it. They didn’t even have a street address. They kept giving me Google maps. FYI, the street address is Madeline drive. Lack of communication can make a person a bit nervous at the last minute before a trip at Christmas. We were beginning to think this was a SCAM. I called VRBO several times to mention this. It was not a smooth process. They live on a different island and don’t speak English. (French). The property was not cheap, very pricey for what you get. The condo is not filled with the necessities to cook. So plan on eating out a lot. No large knife for cooking, no can opener to open a can, no large pot to make sauce or soup, no potato peeler. Cheap $1 utensils for flipping eggs. One roll of paper towels, no cleaning detergent to wash dishes. It was pretty much empty. Therefore, we had a lot of shopping to do. The home was set up more for entertaining finger food. Plenty of wine glasses and plates. There were no directions for use of the hot tub. The pool was enjoyable, but very small. The views were beautiful. I booked this property for a very SPECIAL family Christmas. We made the best of everything. I will go back to Saint Martin in the future. However, I will not stay here. Good luck, I hope you speak French!

Notre séjour au Penthouse Brisas a été une expérience inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la vue panoramique sur Simpson Bay et la mer des Caraïbes. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et décoré avec goût, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances réussies. La grande terrasse avec jacuzzi est un véritable atout. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour un séjour alliant luxe et authenticité à Saint-Martin. Alan
