Beautiful, cosy, very comfortable chalet "Six des Armailles". On the outskirts, 1.3 km from the centre of Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.3 km from the skiing area, located by a road, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn. Table tennis. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 600 m, bar, bakery 1.3 km, café 600 m, bus stop "Morthey" 220 m, thermal baths 1.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 1.9 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ski school 600 m, cross country ski track 2.9 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (extra). Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz.
"Six des Armailles", 4-room chalet 126 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living room 30 m2 with panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, radio, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with bar, dining table. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: playroom with cable TV. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 11 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm), cable TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2 with (90 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room 10 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2, terrace, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 30 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Très joli chalet, spacieux et avec un équipement complet. Jolie vue et emplacement calme. Par contre pas facile à trouver car l'adresse n'est pas répertoriée correctement sur google maps.

Chalet très confortable

Avec ses 3 chambres à coucher et la salle de jeux (en sous-sol) on y loge facilement 8 personnes. Grande cuisine bien équipée pour accueillir 10 personnes. La cuisinière au gaz "vintage" n'a que 2 feux utilisables pour la cuisson, mais un 3ème pour garder au chaud. Le four est électrique ! Magnifique vue dégagée sur les Alpes et la vallée du Rhône. Moyennement pratique pour le ski. L'arrêt du skibus n'est qu'à 300m ... mais 40 mètres plus haut, difficile avec des souliers de ski.

Très beau chalet avec un bel agencement. La séparation cuisine-coin à manger et salon est très bien pensée. Salon avec des meubles un peu usé mais avec une très belle lumière. Chambres au second agréable. Literie un peu dur mais acceptable. Bémol. La cuisinière au gaz est vieillotte et peu fonctionnelle

Twee heerlijke weken gehad in het grote huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien en goede service gekregen van interhome. Fijne tuin met mooi uitzicht. Bedden van goede kwaliteit . Ondanks dat er net naast een nieuw huis gebouwd wordt, hebben we daar geen last van gehad. Prachtige omgeving ! Komen er graag nog eens terug.

Beaux volumed mais accès très raide

Seconde fois que nous louons ce bien bien que je chemin d'accès soit très raide. Globalement de beaux volumes, surtout à 6, car peut manger à 10 dans la cuisine ! Sous-sol aménagé permettant une belle salle de jeux. Seul bémol la connexion Internet trop lente...
