GESTIONNAIRE KEYLODGE A FUIR

Bien que le logement soit bien situé et relativement propre, il n'est pas adapté pour 3 personnes. Le canapé lit annoncé couchage n'en est pas un. Une barre de fer vous "scie"le dos toute la nuit. Nous avons contacté par téléphone le lendemain de notre arrivée, le gestionnaire KEYLODGE pour l'avertir de ce problème. Vous tombez sur une plateforme téléphonique à l'étranger, l'agent déclarant ne rien pouvoir faire et impossible de se faire rembourser pour trouver un autre hébergement. Nous avons du trouver un petit matelas en mousse que l'on a placé sous le matelas (photos disponibles à votre demande). Quant à l'équipement du logement, il est annoncé avec cafetière, machine NESPRESSO, draps, serviettes de toilette, gel lavant et shampooing. La machine NESPRESSO était hors d'usage, un seul lit était fait à l'arrivée - nous avons du faire le second - seulement une serviette de toilette par personne et quant aux savons et shampooings, il s'agit en fait d'échantillons. Pas de produit ménager, un fond de produit vaisselle, un seul petit torchon vaisselle tout mouillé, une seule éponge pour nettoyer vaisselle et toilette. ¨PAS TOP DU TOUT et encore une fois KEYLODGE, averti de ces dysfonctionnements, ne fait rien. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce gestionnaire est référencé sur la plateforme d'ABRITEL

Bel appartement bien situé

Un appartement refait à neuf, très bien situé au centre de la saline et au calme. Équipement de très bonne qualité, propreté irréprochable. Je ne peux que conseiller. Le seul éclairage disponible dans le salon/séjour est la lampe au plafond, une lampe un peu plus douce pour les soirées serait un sérieux plus. Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes permis d'utiliser une des deux lampes de chevet de la chambre.
