Enjoy an open floor plan which features a lanai, pool & hot tub of this expansive key west style home that sits on the Imperial river. The 2nd & 3rd levels are private, and occasionally occupied by the owners. Your private retreat includes a full kitchen with all new appliances, 6 person dining room table, 2 queen pull out couches in the living room with a 65" 4K TV, bedroom w/ a plush queen bed, large walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a rainfall shower. Your kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to cook at home instead of enjoying one of the numerous nearby restaurants. The spacious outdoor lanai includes multiple seating areas including a cabana/ daybed, lounge seating area with fire pit, lounge chairs, and a high top outdoor dining table. The heated pool and spa are exclusively available to you at your leisure. Your private garage includes a washer dryer, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and is generally used for our guests storage needs. *** Although the garage can fit a car/ truck guests are not permitted to park in the garage due to potentially damaging the washer dryer. There is ample parking in the driveway to accommodate 2+ cars.

Our pool is exclusively for our guests use and not shared with others. The pool is Not accessible by the 2nd floor. Our 1st level has its own separate entrance and its own separate HVAC units so air is not shared with the upper level.

Bonita Springs, FL is located in between Naples and Fort Myers and is an ideal location to explore all of what Southwest Florida has to offer. Our home is a quick 5 -10 min drive to the beach and a great bike ride should you choose to enjoy our beach cruisers. RSW international airport is only 20 minutes from our doorstep.

Bonita Springs Getaway

My husband and I travel to Florida quite a bit in the winter. We really enjoyed this property. The weather was fantastic so we got to enjoy the pool and hot tub everyday. The house is very bright and has a nice open concept feel to it. The kitchen was really stocked well for meal preparation. Thanks for a nice stay!

Very clean and very convenient location. The hosts were very responsive. The area is nice and quiet and seems to be going through some rebuilding and transition. It’s nice that you can walk to the historic part of town.

My husband and I were lucky enough to spend the month of February. The space is very well appointed, clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Michael and Caroline were very responsive to an inquiries we had. We loved the location, the private pool and just a couple miles from the beach. Hope to return in the future.

Our own private paradise! We didn’t want to leave!

As soon as I booked, I started sharing property photos with friends & relatives because I was so excited about our stay! The rental did not disappoint! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & a pleasure to stay at! They have thought of everything and the roominess inside & the pool & Lanai outside are just AWESOME!!! You will not regret making this booking, but don’t tell too many people, because we’d love to come for 2 weeks next time! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Modern, Clean and Nice Layout

This property is just as it says, a waterfront retreat. Compared to a few other homes in the same general area, this property has an additional advantage – there is a decent amount of privacy in on the back patio or when you open the blinds from inside due to some trees and the fact that directly across the canal, it is a vacant lot. The owner(s) were very responsive during my stay, from the day I check in and throughout my stay. Very friendly and quick to respond. The amount of modern lighting in the property is really nice. Very bright (if desired) and warm. I enjoyed the neighborhood, great for taking a walk or jog, not far from downtown Bonita Springs. Inside is very conformable, from the bed to the chairs and the sofas. Although my schedule did not allow much cooking, for those who do, you will really like the kitchen setup! All new appliances, open kitchen format. Really nice.

Wonderful Property!

My husband and I planned this trip as a getaway for the two of us. The property was wonderful! It was newly decorated with a large open kitchen and living room. The one bedroom opened out into the main area allowing a lot of light throughout the whole unit. It is the first floor of a home with private access to the pool and hot tub. We loved sitting outside in the morning near the pool and looking out onto the canal. The lot is close to the Empire river and we enjoyed watching boats, kayaks and birds. While there are homes next door and across the canal, we did not see anyone while we were outside and it felt like a private oasis. The only potential drawback was the queen size bed. This was on the description but we weren't sure if it would work for us. It was fine! The washer and dryer in the garage were very convenient and there were plenty of pool towels available along with kitchen furnishings. Finally, the hosts were incredibly responsive. Texts were answered immediately and they were so helpful. We had a wonderful time and we would stay here again!

The property is very nice but when we arrived on a Wednesday, the HVAC unit was not working properly and the temperature in the home was 84 degrees. We immediately notified the property manager and were told a technician would come the next morning. The next day we were told the HVAC unit would need to be replaced. We left the home and were out all day arriving back around 5:00 pm and the technician was still working. The temperature never reached a comfortable level that evening. On Friday, we left early and came back to the home at around 4:30 pm to 81 degrees. We immediately contacted the property manager again who showed up with the technician. We were at this point on day three with uncomfortable temperatures and asked the owners for a refund of our remaining days. We wished to leave. The owners refused telling us we could leave but that we would not be refunded any money. The owners were rather rude via messages telling us that they had spent $5000 on a HVAC unit and mentioning that we had visitors that exceeded the 6 guest limit. We did have our adult kids over to visit for a few hours (making us have 7 people at the pool) but at no time did anyone other than my husband and myself spend the night in this residence. After the technician left on Friday, the system seemed to work better. We ended up staying because we had no other option, having spent $2800 for the week to stay there. The owners refunded $150 cleaning fee for our inconvenience.

Perfect find!

Owners have considered everything at this property and the attention to detail from decor to supplies was a 10/10. One bedroom for parents and pullout couches for kids (which my daughter loved) was perfect. Exclusive access to the pool and beautiful outdoor area was amazing! We will be back!

A lovely home, beautifully appointed!

I only had a 3night stay but enjoyed my visit. I loved the openess of the living space and the kitchen is beautiful and had everything I needed to prepare meals. I especially enjoyed having my evening cocktail outdoors in the pool area - quite lovely. Thank you!

Gorgeous Setting and dream vacation place!

We found this beautiful and spotlessly clean vacation first floor home to be exactly as described. The temp. for the first floor cannot be lowered to a lower temp. than 74 F. so that could be a concern if someone requires colder a/c. The place is absolutely stunning. The pool, the dock and the view are perfect along with everything that you may need is supplied. It’s a quick drive to Bonita beach and limitless shopping and Naples. Highly recommend this vrbo and hope to return ASAP. The property manager responded whenever needed for questions. Thank you to the owners! Maura

Clean, convenient and beautiful pool!

My family had the best week here! There was plenty of space for my family of 5, and we enjoyed having the pool and hot tub right out our back door. We actually got to meet the hosts, Caroline and Michael, and they are good, kind people who really care about their guests. They were attentive and responsive to us, although we didn’t need much since the property is well appointed and just easy to live in. Thank you for a wonderful week, we hope to come back soon!
