Awesome Holiday Week

We loved our stay at the reunion retreat! We had a large group with tons of children. The indoor slides and gym kept our kids entertained for an entire week! Our host was always available for any questions we had and communicated over the holiday weekend!

Great for family reunions

We had a great stay. There were thirty of us, 12 adults and 18 kids aged 4 to 18. Excellent for kids - slides, trampoline, playground, basketball court, lots of places to play. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for everyone to sit for eating and gathering in the two living rooms.Tyson was an excellent communicator. The home is a great value. We will definitely stay here again!

Large house that accommodates many people. Aimed towards children. Property manager is very pleasant, but struggled to keep up with our needs. One shower didn’t work, some door knobs are difficult to operate, one shower door falls off track,many other areas of maintenance needed. Breakers tripped without explanation for one section of lights, and on a different occasion for the water heater. With all this, we were still glad to get to stay at the place. Though, for the price paid, the owner should be able to complete some deferred maintenance and spruce up the place.

We have an on demand water heater. I'm glad you called. It just had to be reset (Which took 20 seconds), and then everything worked well. The dumpster location is on the information posted on the wall. We are glad to host you and glad you had a good visit. 2.5 stars certainly seems unfair for the couple items of clarity you needed from us. I am always available on my cell phone.

Fantastic big group rental

This is the perfect house for large gatherings! The most gorgeous view of bear lake with plenty of room to gather and corners to hide in. The indoor play area is the most used spaced for us and it was so fun during the winter months.

Great accommodations for our large group

The house was just what we needed with our 40+ size group. With a winter reunion it was perfect to have the indoor playground and slides and two TV rooms for the kids, kept them engaged the whole time. I got compliments from almost every family member that I had booked a great place, and that’s a tall order;) We will use it again if we are back in the Bear Lake area for sure!!

Roomy and close to water and beach

Large enough to cover our large group. The play areas were wonderful. If we had any issues the owner was quick to respond. The indoor slide was a hit with the children

Great Family Reunion House

The highlight for us was the views, the play area for kids, the slides that go all the way down to the basement, the huge basketball court inside, the trampoline, the play set and the amount of space to fit every one! Overall was a great place for all my family members during Thanksgiving week! The property manager was quick to respond with any concerns that arose & although he wasn’t the one to come fix issues, he offered reimbursement for anything that needed fixed. The house is under construction due to maintenance guys coming in and fixing things but it was a great stay and I would stay there again!

Good family reunion site

Though the property has some maintenance issues, like non-functional electric skillets, the overall experience was excellent with the built in play room. The cousins all loved it, and the adults could visit together more while still keeping the kids entertained.

Fun house

We had a great family reunion. Super fun house with lots of space. We had some issues with one shower not working and the theater room did not work but besides that all was great.

Family Reunion Over the Top!!

This property is perfect for all ages. Grandma took a nap in the middle of the chaos. There is a space for everyone and everything. The little kids felt like they were in a castle with so many places to explore in a safe place. The variety of entertainment (pool table, ping-pong table, air hockey table, theatre, basketball, trampoline, playgrounds) was exceptional. Truly something for everyone. We loved the big kitchen and all the living spaces. 10 out of 10 - definitely.

Everyone had a blast even though there were a lot of things advertised that weren't there (movies, putters, balls, games, etc.) Theater room had no instructions on how to use the projector. slippery slides and playroom were a big hit for all ages. Place could use a thorough cleaning.

A dream come true.

There was everything I could think of that I would need. The view is to die for! The house is very comfortable and condusive to big groups to hang out. The indoor playground is a hit! The kids were always on the go with each other. There is also a school type playground outside. The kids loved that too, but it was cold, so it is great that there was an indoor play area. Love the place!

amazing house with so much space and activities!

We needed a place where 30+ people could gather and eat in the same room, and this fit the bill. The vast picture windows afforded beautiful sunrises! There was such a variety of things to do: the inside playground, air hockey, pool (although the pool cues need to be fixed or replaced) slides going down the stairs, exterior decks, plenty of washers and dryers. Only about a half mile to the new 8 pickleball courts, and not far to the marina, stores, Rendezvous beach, Bridgerland Adventure center and other activities. Also plenty of parking! We had about 10-12 cars there without a problem.

FUN FUN Place to Stay

This place was amazing. The kids and grandkids had so much fun all the way from the 1-year-old up to the adults. They never ran out of stuff to do. The recreation room was great. We were worried about the noise, but you couldn't even hear it from the Kitchen. The windows to check in on the kids was a plus. The slides between floors were a hit and constantly in use. The kitchen had plenty of seating for everyone. The walls were all patched all over, but it made it seem like we didn't need to walk on eggshells (like we have had to in some houses where you don't dare leave the kids out of sight in fear they might touch something). The house still seemed very clean with new carpet.

Great house with great things for the kids!

The kids LOVED it. It needs a deep clean and that water in the tub was running a tub of water every 40 minutes the whole stay. We contacted management 4 separate times and no one came to fix it. The hot water had problems off and on too. But the property was beautiful and the view was outstanding!

Jerome, we appreciate you coming to stay. We spoke once and one of your guests was a plumber who said he would shut it off at the manablock. If there were any further issues, I would have loved to hear from you. I would appreciate communication over a 3 star review buddy. I would have sent our plumber right out, but the guy with you said it was no big deal and he said he was shutting it off at the manablock. I always make myself available, and fix issues when the arise. I can't fix what I don't know though. I wish I had heard back from you again if there was still an issue pending.

AMAZING HOME!!!

We had THE VERY BEST 3 night, 4 day stay! All were wonderful to work with, very friendly, responsive and helpful! The views ARE INCREDIBLE! You pull in to a very lovely conservative home, but when you walk in, home is huge with so much to do! 3 full levels of couches, large TVs, air hockey, theater and an indoor play ground, WHAT? The slides between the 3 floors were a huge hit and EVERYONE had to try them, even the adults, including 6'4" men! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and TONS of sit down eating. We had children ranging from 19 years to 3 mo infant and all had a GREAT TIME! The gym kept all the kids so busy with games, tramp, basketball and a swing set w another slide.... we knew the children were happy and safe, so the adults could really relax, visit and enjoy! We'd love to come back!!!

Large Family Reunion

Bear Lake was the destination decided on by my very large family for our reunion this year. This Playhouse was the perfect size and location for what we needed and had planned. There truly was something do to at all times for any age group inside and out. During the day, when we weren't at the beach, there was always a basketball game taking place with old and young alike! The littles loved the indoor playhouse and races were constantly taking place down the indoor slide. Washer and dryers on two different levels were a mom pleaser. The only disappointment was the cleanliness. We spent the first couple hours cleaning up the house before we could unpack. Someone even helped by sweeping the garage that was covered in dirt to keep it from being tracked inside. The owner was very helpful and even sent my nephews wallet back that was left at the house.

I apologize about the cleaning, and I am so grateful you let me know about the issues and gave me a chance to make it right for you We hired a new cleaning company and they have been doing great. Unfortunately, it is challenging Sometimes in these more remote small towns, to find people with a good work ethic. Perfection

This property has everything you would need and more to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plenty of room, seating, beds, activities and all with the most amazing views. Tyson was a terrific host and kept me updated about the property. I really liked that he called me personally to welcome me and my family. I knew that I could have called him at any moment if a need did arise, but with all that this home provides, I can’t think of a thing you would need. We were within walking distance of the Raspberry Days festivities and had the best views of the boat light parade and fireworks. This property is something special and Tyson was very professional and wanted to make sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. Check in and check out were a breeze. We were so impressed by ALL OF IT! I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was amazing. If you take care of this property it will certainly take care of you. Thanks again Tyson. We had THE BEST time. See you real soon!

Great house for a lot of people!

We had a family reunion at this home--so there were anywhere between 40-45 people there all week. It was great having all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids LOVED the slides that went between the floors. There was plenty of room in the upstairs family area for all of us when we wanted to all be together. But our favorite part of the home was the two-story recreation room for the kids. The basketball court, trampoline, and playhouse were great! We used the basketball court for family games and relays. The kids had a ball in there, and it was wonderful having a place they could go and play. There was parking room for twelve cars--but it was a little tricky. We pulled three cars into the front of the garage. Then three more cars parked behind the first three cars--still in the garage. Then we parked six more cars on the driveway. We all fit--but it was a little crazy when someone in the garage needed to move their car. Also, Tyson, the owner, was great to work with.

We loved the slides!

Our group had a great time at this rental. The slides between floors were a big hit with kids and adults alike. Some of us never walked down the stairs (only up). The view from the upper two decks was gorgeous! We were surprised to find the knife drawer was just the right height for toddler access and would recommend the knives be moved. When we tried to watch a movie in the theater room, we were unable to get it to work. That wasn’t a big problem as we could move the movie viewers to the room with a large TV. Several in our group had ice cold showers. We think the hot water timed out but someone in our group was able to figure out how to get it turned back on. The shower in the basement near the laundry room did not work though it was fine for baths. There were plenty of towels but we had to find them in the basement laundry room as there were not enough in the bathrooms. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It is obvious this place has been well loved.

It was great to have you Thanks for letting us know about the knife drawer, I instructed our cleaner to relocate it. We replaced the projector lamp in the theater room. I am glad you told me about the on demand water heater, it was weird that it needed to be reset. Anyway, your communication was greatly appreciated and you guys are welcome back anytime. 🙂

Nice

The cleaners who go in after each occupant did not empty the trash that was in the garage. I took that trash with me to the dumpsters. The griddle needs to be replaced that has broken handles. Sent photo to the owner. The place was very nice and functional and pretty well stocked with paper products, linens, flatware, cooking utinselss, plates. The pilot lights were not turned on so we could not have a fire in the fireplace when it was snowing on Sat night. The play area for kids was awesome. The fire pit could be put in a more useable place. The beds were very comfortable, ample bathrooms, great views, nice temperature control in the house. no issues with hot water, did not hear anyone ran out of hot water. furniture was comfortable and nice. The trampoline needs new springs or something. Overall very nice, just suggest a more upfront declaration of the garbage removal process.

I chose to build this home because I have a large and close extended family and a great deal of friends that that all travel together. We absolutely love the Bear Lake area, and our issue was that there was nothing that existed that would comfortably house all of us, allow us to have entertainment, have room to cook a meal, and keep the kids occupied and happy. This house does it all. The indoor playground is absolutely great, because it keeps the kids happy and occupied, especially when we go up in the winter for skiing, and snowmobiling. The kids are able to enjoy things they would normally do outside, all inside the house. I also have the middle floor of the house with six observation windows and a railing so the adults have their space, but have a good idea of what the kids are up to.
