Charming sea house

Typical fisherman's house dating from 1783 completely renovated of 64m2 with a small garden in co-ownership located on the port of Saint Valery en Caux and very close to the town center, shops, the beach.

The first floor includes an equipped kitchen, a living room and a toilet. Kitchen equipment: a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

Living room: a flat screen TV with dining table, 5 chairs, a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table.

On the 1st floor: 3 beds, a double bed 160X190 and a single bed 90X190 as well as a shower room.
On the 2nd floor: 2 single beds 90X190 and a bathroom.

To park their cars, tenants will be able to find parking spaces on the public roads around the port, which are free.

To access the house, tenants will then have to take a pedestrian path with 20 to 30 steps.

The booking rate includes the rental charges described below:

- City water package 300 liters of water/day
-electricity package of 15 kWh/day
-internet and television

An electricity and water meter reading is carried out on the day of arrival. In the event that consumption exceeds the indicated packages, an additional €0.10/kwh will be requested and €3/m3 of additional water in proportion to consumption.

The booking rate does not include:

- rental of bedding linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, etc...)
- rental of towels and household linen (washcloths, bath towels, dish towels, etc...)
-food or drink (breakfast, lunch, dinner, condiments, etc...)
- end-of-stay cleaning

We provide duvet and pillowcase.

-End of stay cleaning: 50€

The end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the booking price, the tenant is responsible for ensuring the cleaning himself in order to return the accommodation in a clean condition. It is possible to request this option on the day of the inventory of fixtures on arrival at the gîte at the rate indicated above.
