The big draw to this property is how overly pet friendly it is! Some say it even caters more to dogs than to people. Onsite services include FURlogy Paw Spa & Retreat offering dog-sitting and grooming services. We also have a great pool area and sundeck for guests to enjoy.

There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Would stay again

Room and customer service were fantastic. All registered service dogs regardless of size legally are allowed. Dogs should have direct beach access. It isn't the safest street in the evening especially with the squatters at the abandoned hotel next door. Would stay again.needBeach access.

Don’t hesitate to stay here!!

There were 9 of us and a dog in this unit, and there was room to spare!! Unit was clean and comfortable, & one small issue we brought to the front desk was addressed IMMEDIATELY! Impressive!! Great location on the beach, the pools and hot tubs were spotless. Great stay for all of us (and the dog loved it too)! Would definitely stay again!! Highly recommended!

Great Location!

We all loved the location of this condo! Pool and hot tub options were wonderful. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Two separate families were in our party. These rooms were connected but conveniently spaced for our privacy. The condo was very clean and spacious. Our only problem during our stay was that the beds weren’t very comfortable for any of us. This was minor and would not keep us from staying here again!

Great Ocean View/Needs Updating

Loved the view from the balcony. Rooms could use some updating. The balcony sliding door was very difficult to open and close. We called maintenance to fix it and they just sprayed some lubricant on it, which only helped for about a day. The beds are very firm, so weren’t for me as I prefer a softer mattress.Overall, still a nice property.

Vacation or home...

Love the location. Didn't want to clean while on vacation, had room with washer and dryer so we did our own towels instead of going to the front desk to get clean ones everyday. Saw some creepy crawly uninvited guest. Rooms need a little updating.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and when the battery died in our lock mechanism they were prompt, friendly and helpful! My son’s service animal is over 50 pounds and they were happy to let her stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working very well in the smaller unit but my son stayed on the murphy bed so we didn’t call to have it fixed. I’m sure the gentleman in maintenance would have been happy to fix it! The only 2 things that I would bring to your attention. I didn’t notice the weight limit for dogs and thankfully it’s a service animal and it was on, but if I had traveled with my big dogs and couldn’t stay there it would have been a disaster. Maybe just make that more obvious for booking. Also, on Monday morning at 9 am the cleaning team came in and started cleaning the room we didn’t use. Checkout is at 10, we left at 5am but my son was still there and checking out at 10 it made packing up for him uncomfortable. Thank you for everything!

Finny loved it!

We chose Ocean Park because it is pet friendly and we weren't disappointed. The staff was so friendly, helpful and very prompt at taking care of our needs and requests. Even though it is an older hotel, it seems to be well maintained and we had a great time. Thank you for a lovely stay at the beach!

Spacious and well equipped

We rented this condo with the adjoining room and this combo created a large, comfortable space. Because the sleeping areas are separated by a “foyer-like” area, there is a great deal of privacy. It’s perfect if you want a little extra separation between guests. The kitchen was well equipped and linens were plentiful. Condo came with washer and dryer and you couldn’t ask for a better oceanfront view and balcony. Sure, the furniture and TV are a little outdated and show typical wear and tear for beachfront property in this price range, but overall the space, comfort, amenities and view are great.

Family time

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo. Even though the living room furniture is a little outdated and living room TV small for the area, it was a great price for the week we stayed, The staff was polite and helpful when we checked in and out. We have stayed at Ocean Park Resort and each time it’s been a good experience.

Perfect for us and our teens!

We brought a 13 year old girl and 2 -5 year old boys. Perfect for us! A little out dated, but we don’t care about that. We had our own bedroom, the boys had two beds and a full bathroom to themselves, and the girl had the Murphy bed with her own space. It was a great location, staff was friendly and helpful, and the fact that they are super dog friendly makes me think about bringing our pups next time!
