With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Nice place for the money

It was a nice room. Pretty standard 2 bed hotel type room with a small kitchen. About a 10-15 min walk to the main part of the strip. Magnolias free breakfast was nice in the mornings.

First time being to the ocean and this place had the most amazing views! You can hear the waves all day and night, so peaceful. The only complaint was the weed smell. Besides that is was the most amazing vacation and didn’t want to leave

Place was quite clean, and though compact, it was perfect for 2. Balcony was wonderful, free breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed the SkyWheel! Only complaint was we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommend!

The room is super clean. The view was nice. It’s pretty small inside and you can’t get much in the fridge., so keep that in mind, but as far as the view the location and getting which pay for it’s a pretty good deal.

The room was neat and relativly clean. A few of the fixtures and door handles need to be replaced. It was a bit weird that 1 outlet did not work and there were no charging stations or ports for phones.

Room was nice. Couldn’t use pool or hot tub due to covering over pool under repair and rained most of the time we were there. Video rental selection very limited. The breakfast vouchers were wonderful though.

Good place to stay for price

The location of the property is very convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room is as described, but the property could use some updates. AC unit is very loud and the exterior door has to be slammed or pulled really hard to close. The security lock is broken. Considering the price of the room, it was reasonable. The room was clean.

Nice view. Room was furnished well. FREE hot beakfast was nice. Central location. Easy beach access. Plain room decor. Bathroom was very small. Had a toilet issue. We booked this room mainly for the view towards the ocean, and we were not disappointed. The staff were helpful during check in and throughout our stay. Explained everything from room checking into the room, the parking garage, and other amenities very thoroughly. The free daily breakfast buffet at Magnolias was great and convenient for us. Cleaning staff were helpful but very overwhelmed in their job. We could tell as we checked in and proceeded to go to our room that the previous guests in the complex did not help in making their job any easier. The complex overall was maintained and kept up throughout our stay. All staff were busy in their jobs and were helpful when approached. We definitely go come back.

Bad mattress

The property restricts toilet paper like we are children the mattress are very very very hard ! Not comfortable for five days ,.. oh and you have yo take your towels down to from desk to get clean ones. Ridiculous 😡… policy needs to be changed
