This house has a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The eat-in kitchen provides access to a large deck with a grill for entertainment or outdoor dining.. All rooms are spacious. The master bedroom is large with a private bathroom. The bathroom has a garden tub. You can walkout to a private balcony to see the sunset. The entire upper level is available. There is a permanent tenant in the basement which has a separate entrance and exit.
