The apartment is on the third Floor of the main house. A large living room 29m² with sofa bed, fireplace and a cozy bench bayerischr dining area and full kitchen. Color TV, stereo, CD player. Separate bedroom with double bed and Zirbelholzschrank, view Jochberg .. Large balcony-arbor overlooking the Jochberg, Herzogstand and the Walchensee. The house has a swimming pool and a small sauna with relaxation area. Einener access to the lake with lawn, patio and swimming raft.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung, supernetter Gastgeber, der uns zunächst alles in und um die Wohnung gezeigt hat und uns sogar ein paar Überraschungen zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt hat.Inklusive ist ein kleines, mit Gegenstromanlage ausgestattestes Schwimmbad, ein abgeschlossener Liege- und Terrassenbereich direkt am See und es gibt auch die Möglichkeit Wassersportgeräte wie SUPs zu lagern (eventuell Schloss zum Sichern mitnehmen).Viele Wandertouren kann man direkt von der Wohnung aus starten und wer weiter weg möchte (Kochel, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, ...) kann den, für Gäste kostenlosen Bus nutzen.In direkter Umgebung gibt es einige Gaststätten und Cafés, bei denen sicher für jeden des Passende dabei ist.Vielleicht noch interessant zu wissen: Die Unterkunft verfügt über keinen WLAN.

Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld und sehr herzlicher Empfang am Anreisetag durch den Vermieter. Die sehr ausführlichen Erläuterungen und Tipps zur FeWo/Haus/Umgebung waren einerseits hilfreich, andererseits nach längerer Anreise auch anstrengend. Da wäre etwas weniger vielleicht mehr. Einrichtung der Wohnung eher rustikal und älter, aber gepflegt und absolut stimmig für die Gegend. Die Bilder entsprechen dem Internetauftritt. Matratzen waren bequem. Innenliegendes Bad in weiß mit Badewanne, Dusche in der Wanne - eher funktional, aber gepflegt. Der Lüfter zeigte jedoch kaum Wirkung. Überdachter Ostbalkon mit tollem Ausblick. Bei Regen sitzt man gut geschützt und an den heißen Tagen war es nachmittags/abends dort wunderbar auszuhalten. Verbesserungspunkte: WLAN und Auflagen für die Stühle an der Seeterasse. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sichausreichend Zeit nahm, uns mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung und des Hauses vertraut zu machen. Wir erhielten gute Tipps für Restaurants, Einkauf und Aktivitäten.In der sehr sauberen, gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt, alles hat funktioniert und wir haben nichts vermisst.

Sehr ruhige, individuelle und gemütliche Wohnung. Besonders das Schwimmbad trug zur Erholung bei. Die Gästekarten haben wir gern beim Busfahren genutzt

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub, super Unterkunft, perfekte Gegend,Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Man kann wandern oder sich die Gegend mit dem Auto angucken. Ein Besuch in Bad Tölz, Oberammergau, Mittenwald und Garmisch sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wer noch weiter fahren möchte der kommt an Kloster Ettal und Schloß Neuschwanstein nicht vorbei. Das einzige was uns ein wenig gefehlt hat, ist ein WLAN Zugang da unser Netzanbieter hier kaum Empfang hatte. Herr Schmiegelow ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Herr der uns alles erklärt hat. Blümchen auf dem Tisch, eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Tafel Schokolade und Äpfel in der Schale - wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Neschwanstein nicht

Sehr gemütlich und ruhig

Die Fewo befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist über einen Aufzug erreichbar. Herr Schmiegelow ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und netter Gastgeber und hat uns alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber dennoch gemütlich. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Herzogstand und den Walchensee ist traumhaft. Wir können die Fewo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Betten sehr gemütlich. Herr Schmiegelow war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns in der Wohnung mit frischen Blumen, Wein und Süßigkeiten überrascht. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Gemütliche Unterkunft nah am See

Das Appartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Obst, eine gute Flasche Wein und Bier standen als Gruss bereit. Frische Blumen in der Vase. Einfach Klasse. Herr Schmiegelow hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Vielen Dank. Der private Zugang zum See macht ein Bad vor dem Frühstück zum Vergnügen.
