What a great place to stay to explore Nashville. Clean and convenient location -along with private parking- gave us welcome during our stay. Sunrises and coffee on the deck facing the river was another treat to our stay. Thank you for a beautiful stay. Looking forward to booking for future stays.

The place was fantastic. I will say that calling it walkable to the Honky Tonks is a stretch. The Broadway strip is about 2miles away. Think about that. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay here again. The view of the river was great. Perfect little getaway as far as I’m concerned. Highly recommend.

Super clean condo ( and I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness). Bed was comfortable and location was great. Just close enough to Broadway yet just enough distance to get a break from the business of downtown. We enjoyed the river view and seeing the boats go by as well. Parking was convenient. The only complaint I have which is no fault of the owner was the people occupying the room above us were loud, we could hear them walking/ moving around often late night / early morning hours. I would suggest bringing a sound machine to help drown out noise from the floor above. Would come back and stay here again!
