This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom room is located in Cabarete (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 500 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is right on the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- In addition to water sports, other activities can be arranged: horseback riding, canyoning, mountain biking, stand-up paddle-boarding etc.
- Check-in with English/Spanish-speaking staff
- For larger groups, more bedrooms are available (up to 14)

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is included as well, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
