Very quiet villa on a slope, suitable for children

Our villa is very quietly located on a rise within the settlement of SOL RIC. The communal pool is just 50 m away and opened from May to October. Our house has been generously furnished in the Catalan style. The sunny terrace and the shady garden offer plenty of privacy and space.

Gedaan met vakantie

Een mooie omgeving met veel groen. Je hebt wel een voertuig nodig om bvb boodschappen te doen. Iets minder gemakkelijk voor klant met rolstoel. Keuken was compleet, niks tekort. Voor ons, met een rolstoelpatient, was het wat moeilijk. Maar iedereen die normaal mobiel is, is dit een goede ligging.

Naturaleza y tranquilidad!

La casa es más bonita de lo que parece y, para mí, que no me gustan las localizaciones bulliciosas, tiene una ubicación excelente, en una urbanización residencial a 5 minutos en coche de Torroella o L'Estartit.No he echado mucho de menos que no disponga de aire acondicionado, ya que durante las horas puntas de calor no hemos estado en ella, y tiene buena ventilación.La piscina (a una calle) es de agua salada y poco concurrida, lo cuál ha sido todo un acierto.
