The host was great. The property was amazing. What was what was in the condo?Was everything including the kitchen sink. The only thing missing was the butter dish. Other than that fabulous going back next year. Same place, same condo

This was my 6th year staying at this property but the first time in this condo. Working with the owner and sharing some issues as to what we saw and things that needed to be addressed were well received and appreciated. We plan on returning next year to the same unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 411. The condo is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, as well as everything you need for the beach. We absolutely loved that the condo had clean, environmentally friendly products (soap, cleaning products, etc). The condo was clean, and the location is fantastic. The host replies super fast, and we cannot wait to stay here again.

Mike was great to work with! Any questions or concerns, which were zero, Mike always responded quickly! The condo was clean and ready even earlier and Mike texted me to let me know we could get in sooner. The balcony was perfect! Watched dolphins feeding and playing as we had our morning coffee on the balcony. Beach was perfect and my daughter and granddaughter loved being across from John’s Pass. Will definitely contact Mike again for our next trip! AND, Butterball the cat, was a plus!! Most chilled cat I’ve ever been around!

We had an awesome time. The Condo was clean. The host was easy to communicate with. Even though the pool was down the beach is beautiful and the view from the room was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The unit has everything one might need including beach wagon, chairs , beach umbrella, towels etc. so save some packing and leave those home while the unit decor is a bit outdated, it has all the good bones and everything you need - . The view and location cannot be best as John’s pass is literally a walk across the street . The price is also very reasonable and the owner always there when needed.Definitely a great place and well worth the trip! Oh, and the condo cat Butterball is always there to welcome you (for a pet of course ! )

This is our second time at Maderia Norte. We appreciated how clean and fresh everything was. The beach was clean and had a family friendly atmosphere. Good communication with host. We really appreciate his kindness. Hopefully we will be able to come back next year.

Great location

The condo was as advertised and the location was excellent if you like going to the pass (it was right across the street). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a wonderful beach stay.
