Designed to accommodate up to 8 travellers, this accommodation is distinguished by its 2 bedrooms and mezzanine, allowing everyone to enjoy an optimal comfort.Outside, facing southwest, the balcony opens onto the village, offering an appreciable sunshine at the end of the day. The residence is just a stone's throw from the La Croix municipal car park, providing convenient parking in the immediate vicinity.Nearby, right in the centre of the village, 50 m from the slopes of Crêt du Merle and 350 m from Champ Giguet where the ski lessons start each morning. A shuttle to 80 m makes it easy to travel, while at 5 km, Lake des Confins, surrounded by peaks, is suitable for both summer walks and outdoor winter activities. Annecy Train Station, 35 km away, and Geneva International Airport, 67 km away, provide easy accessibility.In detail:The entrance, located on the 3rd floor, opens onto a night space comprising two bunk beds (90 cm).The living room offers west- and southwest-facing openings, a friendly stay and a dining area.
