Ty Mab Vacation Home, Île de Sein

The Ty mab house in the town center of the island of Sein offers part of the cottage for seasonal rental with a T2 type accommodation of 40m2 for 2 to 3 people with 2 separate beds (kitchen, living room, bedroom and annexes) and 2 bathrooms
The house is not a vacation rental but our house in which we live a good part of the year (the other part of the house is closed to the owners)
PLEASE NOTE that the house does not have a washing machine
*You are the only tenants of the house (the other small studio for 1 person being in the outbuilding of the garden). If it is occupied, you will share the garden in a friendly and senan spirit, However, everyone has their own private terrace space with furniture.

On the first floor:
-Entrance to hall and open living room of 9m2 with storage space
- The 9m2 kitchen includes a 1-sink, induction duo hob, electric kettle, filter and French press, toaster, microwave, top fridge, air fryer, as well as a small closed bathroom of 2m2. Also a lounge chair that can be used to sleep 1 person 100x190
Upstairs:
- The spacious bedroom of 15m2 includes 1 bed 140x190, with its open bathroom separated by a discreet curtain and a small desk

INCLUDED in the accommodation: wifi; 2TV; 2 bathrooms (showers, sinks, toilets); 2 hairdryers
* dish towel, sponge, cleaning products, broom, vacuum cleaner
* kitchen bottoms, garbage bags and toilet paper (restocking being at your expense during the stay)

Bed linen is included. Please bring your own towels
*1 pet is allowed with my agreement, if it is clean, well educated and sleeps in its bed (30 € per stay)
* Cleaning at the exit is at your expense and the bins emptied. Thank you
*Allow + 1€/p/d tourist tax
*A deposit cheque of €50 will be requested for each booking and will be cashed if the accommodations are not left clean at check-out

In general, I slip away as soon as accommodation rented by the week. But I can be there for the welcome on arrival and/or departure. Depending on the boat rotations, I leave on your arrival in the morning or in the afternoon; which leaves time to see if you have everything you need for your stay
If I am unavailable, your entry is planned in complete autonomy. You will have the access map and the key code the day before your arrival. My cart will be at your disposal to take your luggage from the dock to home.

The accommodation may not be suitable for a couple with small children as the sleeping arrangements are not at the same level.

- As soon as you have made your reservation, all the useful information is sent to you by email (boat reservation, practical arrangements on the island, etc.)
- The parking lot at the Audierne ferry terminal is free for your vehicle
A guide binder is available in the accommodation with all the useful information to know about the island, the wi-fi code etc

The accommodations are located 5 minutes walk from the piers.
On the island of Sein, there are no cars or bicycles, everything is done on foot.
No sea view from the house, it is a short walk away
