Welcome to Annie and William in Montpouillan, in this charming farmhouse typical of the Marmandais region, with a surface area of 290 m², which can accommodate up to 15 travellers and has been completely renovated for large family and friendly gatherings.
It is composed of an attractive 80 m² living room with a large lounge separated from the dining room by an open fireplace, an open kitchen with central island, six beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and two shower rooms. You will be able to enjoy a garden of about 400 m² and benefit from a view. Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 80 m² with sofas, decorative fireplace and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A TV room, television, CD player.
- A laundry room.
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one single bed.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 single bed.
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Two separate toilets.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: a double bed (140×190).
- Room 6: two double beds (140x190) and a single bed in a cabin.
- Two bathrooms, one with a toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 400 m² with 3 terraces with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
You will have at your disposal a table tennis table, a petanque field and a mini swimming pool (diameter 2,40x 60 height), this space is fenced.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, baby bed, tumble dryer, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron,

The house is ideally situated in Montpouillan, in a very pleasant environment on the edge of a stream and overlooking a lake. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the surrounding towns, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
The Canal du Midi is 800m away with its beautiful cycle path and boat trips.
You can also discover the thermal baths of Casteljaloux, its lake of Clarens (aquatic games), a Golf with 18 holes and the new CENTER PARC.
You will be about 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1h30 from Toulouse, 1h45 from the Bassin d'Arcachon, Lac de Biscarrosse, the Ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla, and the Périgord.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, 8 km from the A62 motorway, exit 5.
All types of vehicles (around ten) can be parked directly in the house's private parking lot, which is secured by a Digicode gate, and a bike room is also available.

As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Marmande SNCF station: TGV line Bordeaux Paris, Toulouse.
- Nearest airport: Mérignac de Bordeaux at 1h15.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Price: 15 € per person including bed linen and towels. The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
