Brand new, light-filled unit with private entrance. Gorgeous kitchen, brand new queen bed and beautiful new shower with large family room. You will enjoy exploring this Thomas Kincaid- neighborhood. It is walkable and easy to get to public transportation and there are numerous parks nearby. Parking is plentiful. It's a short 5 block walk to Reed College and restaurants and coffee shops 1 mile away in Sellwood, Moreland, Woodstock
