This great property is a 1,600 sq ft 3bedroom, 2 bath, single story home located on Onyx Lane and within walking distance to the London Bridge, the Channel & The English Village! This home is very spacious and great for sharing with friends & families! There is a huge backyard including a sparkling pool and a large exotic covered Palapa Bar, with Misters & BBQ. A perfect area to all gather for cool beverages & food. There is also a partially enclosed outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan which is great to be out of the elements if desired. You can have outdoor dining without wind or rain ruining it. It is also allows for a little reprieve from the hot summer sun. Indoors has a game room with a pool table and a nice brick fireplace. The Game Room has French Doors leading to the Outdoor Dining Area, Palapa Bar & Pool. The home has the Master w/ Private Bath & a Slider leading out to the Enclosed Dining Area, Palapa Bar & Pool. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a (full/full) bunkbed and (twin/twin) bunkbed. There is a single car parking in the garage plus a narrow but long RV area on the side of the house. This is great for smaller rigs/trailers. The driveway is large. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Free WiFi internet. HDTV Antenna for watching most local stations, as well as Roku 2. Single Car Garage also has a Ping Pong Table for more vacation fun! For the safety of all guests and security of the property, a video Ring Doorbell is affixed next to the exterior of the front door and 2nd Ring camera covers the driveway. Both cameras face the street. There is a 3rd Ring camera in the rear patio to monitor the pool cleaner when the home is not booked with guests. For guests' privacy options, there is a light switch inside the rear patio area where guests can conveniently turn off the power to the rear Ring pool camera. The switch is labeled, "Ring Camera - Off - On" Please turn on this camera before checking out so the pool cleaner can be monitored.
