Experience South Tulsa living at its finest in this completely remodeled 3,000 square foot home with all new furniture set in a quiet neighborhood very close to St. Francis.

A complete remodel was completed in Jan. 2021 and again in Jan. 2024. The home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of South Tulsa.

You can enjoy casual meals in the kitchen or a more formal meal in the dining area. There is a relaxing living room with a 75" TV and a wet bar. The living room opens out to the outdoor patio area where there is a 5 burner grill and a nice sized backyard with patio furniture you can relax on.

There are 5 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 3 upstairs) and 3.5 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom and a full bedroom downstairs and a master bedroom which has a workspace upstairs. There are also two more bedrooms upstairs for a total of three bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. All the bedrooms have 55" TVs and Netflix, ESPN+, and Disney+

Please remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel, and treat it as you would your own. If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve ASAP, however please do realize that no one is living on-site 24/7.

The house is in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of South Tulsa.

We are just a few minutes from Saint Francis, La Fortuna Park, and a lot of restaurants and shopping! There is a Starbucks just a few minutes away as well as KingsPointe Village which has many other eating options.

We are also located around 9 minutes to Woodland Hills Mall/15 minutes to the Expo Center, TU, Cherry Street, and Broken Arrow/17 minutes to the Gathering Place and DT

Perfect home for a family vacation!

Pictures do no justice! This house is gorgeous, very well maintained and tons of space so our entire family felt comfortable. Cutest neighborhood as well! I am big on cleanliness as well and this house was spotless! We had a party of 7 staying overnight but could have easily had a few more family members comfortably. 4 very large rooms, 4 bathrooms and two family rooms so we had plenty of space! The house also had all of the main necessities you’ll need (Towels, detergent, washer/dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner kitchenware, and coffee, etc). A few snacks were also provided which was such a cute gesture! Overall an amazing home and the owner was great to work with, very responsive. We have family in Tulsa Oklahoma so can’t wait to return and will always use this home going forward. My family has stayed at many VRBO homes and this one was unmatched perfection! Thanks so much Nadir!

Top Echelon in what a property should be

Clean, smartly remodeled, great location w space for everyone. Back patio and yard simple but perfect for fresh air and small pets. The home is set with complete coffee bar, fresh ground coffee and creamer. Classic coffee maker and pod type also. Full supply of paper towels, clothes and dish washing supplies. Truely everything you need to immediately begin your stay. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Safe and very well established. Convenient to all things Tulsa. Our family of 5 adults were completely pleased with property and management. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious

We were very pleased with this newly renovated home. Extremely clean which is greatly appreciated. Attention to detail was very nice. Loved huge sectional sofa in living room, huge TV and popcorn machine was fun. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Tulsa visiting family!

Perfect stay

Could not have asked for a better home for our family of 7! Kitchen was fully stocked, the house was very clean, and plenty of room for everyone without feeling like you were right on top of each other! The owners were very attentive and immediately answered any questions I had. I also loved having the 2 masters! I would definitely book this home in future stays!

Tournament Trip

The house was as appears. It was a close commute to the softball field. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. The door to the downstairs bedroom did not close completely and we had issues with a few of the ceiling fans not working. We needed propane for the grill and the owner promptly had it replaced.

Fantastic House! Beautiful, Clean, and Comfortable

This house was fantastic! Our family had such a wonderful experience during our stay! The owner reached out to us before and throughout our trip to check in with us and made sure that we had everything we needed! I had told them that we were coming to Tulsa to celebrate my niece’s graduation, and they had the sweetest gift basket full of goodies waiting for us on the table! It was thoughtfully decorated with “Congrats Grad” on it! We were so touched! The house was very clean and well kept. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was very family friendly. There was a pack n play, high chair, and games for the kids. The TV was massive and served our family perfectly since some of us had to stay back and watch the graduation virtually. Big thanks to the owners for providing us with a great place to stay! We will definitely try to rebook the next time we are in Tulsa!

Comfy beds and plenty of room

This house was perfect for our family stay while in Tulsa for our son’s graduation. All the beds were very comfy. There was also an abundance of extra plug-ins our electronic devices. The furniture is comfortable as well and plenty of room for everything we were needing to do. Will stay here again!
