The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the parking and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, stores & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the station reception)

A beautifully presented apartment in a perfect location
A stylish and superbly well designed apartment. Great use of space, with plenty of room for 6 guests. Ski from the front door, handy boot room on the ground floor. Quiet at night, close to all amenities. Exceptionally clean too!
Only that we had to leave!
Un appartement parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel dans un emplacement de choix à Avoriaz à proximité de toutes commodités. Une boulangerie en face, une superette à deux pas, les cours de ski tout à côté. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Location d un apart 6 pers. Très bien située proche du parking, ensoleillé le matin, grand espace, cuisine bien équipée, chambre literie nickel, douche chaude pour tous, TV murale amovible très bien, connexion internet parfait.
Boulangerie et super marché très proche.
Accueil chaleureux de l équipé avec Champagne.
