Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful week: the house is stunning, and the experience of dining under the porch with a view of the sea and the lit-up pool is priceless! On top of that, the location is perfect, just a few minutes from Île-Rousse, Calvi, and the many beautiful beaches in the area.

Bon emplacement

Belle maison , bien équipée , peut-être rajouter un ou deux ventilateur sur la terrasse.Belles chambres climatisées , ce qui nous a été utile durant cette canicule .Un deuxième Bip pour le portail serait opportun .Bel endroit , je recommande .

Es war toll! Gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vier Zimmer in farbigen Variationen und ein extra Zimmer, das von außen zugänglich ist, haben für jeden von uns genug Platz geboten, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Pool war super geheizt und ist ausreichend groß zum Planschen für die ganze Familie. Das Haus ist schnell erreicht, die zentrale Lage bedeutet aber auch etwas Lärm von der benachbarten Hauptstraße.

Des prestations pas au niveau du tarif

1. Les problèmes structurels a. La villa est située sous l'axe de circulation principal ouest de la Corse b. L'espace de vie commun intérieur ne permet pas d'accueillir 10 personnes (ex. : 8 places à table, 3 dans le canapé) 2. Points requérant des travaux a. En cas de pluie, le disjoncteur "fait son travail" selon le propriétaire ; inacceptable b. L'évacuation est sujette à bouchons (1 intervention du plombier et des alertes répétées) c. La plancha n'est pas abritée 3. Maintenance et propreté à revoir (prévu selon les dires du propriétaire) a. Les draps sentent le renfermé, nous les avons relavés, mais sans draps de rechange, nous avons dû jongler avec le temps (il pleut aussi en Corse) b. Pas de serviettes de rechange (pour permettre un roulement dans les lessives). c. Une odeur de "pisse de chat" persistante d. Le jardinier est intervenu avec une souffleuse après le pisciniste, ce qui a projeté des graviers et de la terre dans la piscine e. La bâche de la piscine était à l'arrière de la maison f. Le haut des meubles de cuisine et de la hotte n'avaient pas été nettoyés g. Les housses de l'équipement extérieur n'ont visiblement pas été nettoyés de la saison h. Un condom collé sur une housse de couette 4. Equipement a. Pas de sèche-linge b. Pas de serpillère c. Un aspirateur qui n'aspire pas 5. Communication a. Défaut de prévenance sur la place de stationnement sous le pin d'où coule de la sève abondamment (polish de la carrosserie)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en Corse et particulièrement dans cette maison, bien située et très bien équipée. A quelques exceptions mineures tout a été parfait avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour accueillir une famille de 8 personnes. En résumé, très bonne adresse !

Vacances parfaites en famille

Toute la famille a apprécié le séjour... la maison est parfaite pour tous se retrouver au bord de la piscine ou bien pour trouver un endroit calme dans le magnifique jardin très bien fleuri avec une vue mer dont on ne se lasse pas! Maison très propre et échanges très agréables avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive ( un petit souci de piscine très rapidement réglé). L'accueil par Françoise a été également parfait. Je recommande vivement !

Séjour idéal

Je connais bien la Balagne et souhaitais la faire découvrir à mes amis. A partir de notre location à la Marine de Davia, nous avons pu, sans faire trop de kilomètres, aller visiter les villages environnants, aller nous baigner dans la rivière de la forêt de Bonifato, et dans les magnifiques plages du coin, faire quelques marches dans le maquis, monter jusqu’au village en ruines d’Occi, traverser le désert des Agriates pour nous rendre à Saint Florent… Tous ont été ravis de leur séjour.

Une vue à couper le souffle… c’est ce que nous avons le plus apprécié ! Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé et il est également bien placé, à 5 mn de l’île Rousse. Karine est charmante et soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Bref… nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances
