LE PARADIS BLEU, est une grande villa de plain pied, entre Saint-Anne et Saint-François ,d'une surface de 200m², pleine de charme, située sur le morne, au sein du quartier résidentiel de la corniche d’argent . Elle offre calme et confort, face à la mer, Marie-Galante à l'horizon, nichée dans un écrin de verdure, surplombant la plage du helleux, bien connue des surfeurs. L’accès à la plage, en 3min à pied, se fait par un petit portail au bout du jardin. un joli carbet, surplombant la mer, vous permettra de vous détendre. La splendide plage de Bois Jolan qui s’étale sur plus de 5 km, est à 15 mn à pied , par le chemin côtier. Vous pourrez profiter d’une agréable piscine au sel (10x4.5m), et d’une maison ouverte sur l’extérieur, offrant tout le confort et le standing nécessaires pour partager des moments de convivialité en famille ou entre amis, en toute intimité, sans vis-à-vis. un grand parking privé offre 4 emplacements de stationnement. une voiture est indispensable . La villa est adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.(aucune marche, pas d'étage, pas de dénivelé) Une citerne d'eau et un groupe électrogène pallient les éventuelles coupures d'eau ou d'électricité. Notre conciergerie, est à votre service, afin que vous passiez des vacances inoubliables sur Karukera! Vous serez accueillis avec plateau de rhum ,corbeille de fruits exotiques,et premier petit-déjeuner ! la villa se situe à 40 mn en voiture, de l'aéroport Pôle Caraïbes. Le plus proche port maritime est à st-françois,15 mn en voiture( depart pour Marie-Galante ou pour La désirade) Il existe aussi un aéroport à st-François( autogyre, vols locaux, sauts...) Enjoyable stay in Guadeloupe

Everything about the house was even better than in the pictures. We were 6 adults and a 10 year old and it was more than enough room for everyone to spend time together or have some quiet time alone The gazebo was one of the selling features. Your morning coffee listening to the waves while in the gazebo was relaxing and ideal. The neighbourhood was nice and easy to get around Mathilde and Corinne were very helpful. They were prompt with their replies and recommended some restaurants and beaches which we thoroughly enjoyed I would recommend the house and we will definitely return to the lovely house. It was a fantastic holiday

Paradis Bleu is really Paradise!

Our second time back. We had another very special family vacation here. This time my kids and grandkids went surfing at the beach you can walk to from the house which was a special treat. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful as usual. The house is extremely well appointed. Really there is everything you need for a great time already in place. And the new concierge Mathilde was just great. The location itself is extraordinary. That you can hear the ocean waves at all times is very soothing to the spirit. The beach is so close, and the pool so perfect that once you stock the fridge you really don't have to leave the premises. But you will because the french/caribbean food is so good, and fresh baguettes...so good.

Great House and Location

The house was great as the pictures show. The view of the ocean was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the house in general. The manager was responsive and helpful. She answered questions promptly and came on site when necessary. With a toddler, we appreciated the retractable garage-style barriers over the sliding doors to restrict his movement towards the pool area. These also blocked out the sun to control the heat going into the house in the morning. There is a generator and solar system. I recommend asking some questions about it with respect to utility consumption. We enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful location and wonderful house

My wife and our four older children (21-26) spent Christmas week at the Paradis Bleau home. It is a delightful setting overlooking a beach and cove, and the sound of surf is a constant pleasure. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and living area were well supplied with nice cooking and eating necessities. We arrived to flowers and rum punch which were a welcoming touch. I had great communication with the owner, Corrine, and her caretaker, Mathilde before and during our stay. One room's air conditioning unit broke, and despite it being a holiday week, the owner and caretaker were able to install a new one during our stay (and even bring over a new fan to help while the new unit was ordered and installed). This was a highly enjoyable vacation for our family. As many have commented, the house and setting are better than the pictures suggest. We loved that it was also a short walk to the beach when we tired of lounging by the salt-water pool. The house has a mechanical gate/door for privacy and there is plenty of security with mechanical storm shutters when we spent the day away from the house. Guadeloupe is a beautiful island and the people lovely despite my poor French. What a wonderful experience thanks to this lovely home.

Extraordinary!

Normally I wouldn’t rent a house that doesn’t have reviews to recommend it. But the photos of Paradise Blue were so extraordinary and the house seemed so perfect for our family in so many ways that I decided to take a chance. I’m really glad I did. This house is even more beautiful than the photos. Of course no mere picture can do justice to the real view of the ocean spread out before you and then there are the sounds of waves rolling into the shore in the background. We were six adults and two young girls and the layout of Blue Paradise worked perfectly. The kids lived in the pool. We spend wonderful hours in the new gazebo. The surfing beach was literally a 3-minute walk down a private path leading from the house. A 12-minute walk brought us to a magnificent white sand beach that was calm and amazingly empty for the first week in February. We never had a problem getting space in the shade to lay out our blankets. The kitchen is also at least as good as the photos suggest. We cooked almost every night. The barbecue worked like a charm. Usually we would pick up fresh fish from the town fish market in St. Francois and stop off for fresh fruit and vegetables from the round outdoor market there. There is also a brand new Carrefour that was excellent. Corrine and Jean-Claude were always extremely helpful and friendly and Eric met us the first night we arrived. He immediately demonstrated how to make the perfect ‘Ti Punch and made sure there was breakfast in the fridge for our first morning on Guadeloupe. Eric was also available to help us with any problems or questions that came up. Our family’s verdict was unanimous. We all felt it was the best vacation home we’d ever rented and everyone hoped we would return. My five-year old granddaughter’s review was the best though. After our first day there she woke up and said, “If I’m dreaming, please, don’t wake me up.”

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es hat alles perfekt funktioniert beim CheckIN und auch beim Checkout. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine Zisterne mit 13m2, so dass immer Wasser vorhanden ist, wenn die öffentliche Wasserversorgung abgestellt wird. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Die Vermieter und die Concierge sind sehr freundlich und stehen jederzeit bei Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour, très belle villa, très bel emplacement

Maison conforme au descriptif, conviviale, fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l’espace de vie est très bien pensé avec une cuisine au top pour partager la préparation des repas ! L’extérieur avec sa piscine, son jardin et tout particulièrement son carbet sont un atout majeur.Son environnement calme et sa vue sont apaisants.La proximité de la plage de Bois Jolan et du sentier du littoral sont parfait pour les marches ou jogging matinauxOn prend rapidement ses marques dans cette maison « familiale ». Maison autonome en eau, réel point positif par rapport à d’autres logements que nous avions pu louer sur l’île auparavant.Chambres climatisées sont aussi un point positif. Merci à Mathilde pour son accueil. Location à recommander pour un séjour familial ou entr’amis : nous étions 6 adultes et ne manquions pas de place.Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et espérons y revenir.

Merveilleux séjour 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

L’accueil est impeccablement réalisé par Mathilde qui a été disponible pendant tout notre séjour. La villa est magnifique surplombant l’océan avec son carbet si agréable. Bien décoré et aménagé avec soin, c’est un lieu idéal pour de belles vacances. Produits d’accueil et panier de fruits nous attendaient à notre arrivée… nous étions au paradis.

Le paradis sur la Guadeloupe

Maison de rêve très bien équipée et orientée de telle façon que la piscine est ensoleillée quasiment toute la journée . Le carbet est "the place tout be" pour la sieste ou l'apéritif. Le coucher du soleil est superbe et le bruit de la mer reposant. Cette spacieuse villa est parfaite pour réunir la famille

On peut difficilement faire mieux !

Villa en parfait état avec de très belles prestations et meubles de grande qualité. Idéalement située avec l'impression d'être seul au monde car on ne voit pas les voisins. Vue sensationnelle à 1 minute d'une plage de surfeurs et quelques minutes d'une splendide plage paradisiaque (bois jolant) à laquelle on accède par un charmant sentier, Idéal pour faire son jogging matinal. Vous passerez de splendides vacances ! On peut difficilement faire mieux en termes de prestations et services. Merci à Mathilde pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse.

Merveilleux

Ce fut un séjour magnifique, la maison est parfaite, le contact avec la propriétaire est facile et chaleureux. L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui comme moi, pratiquent le surf! Enfin, la personne contact en local est extrêmement gentille.

Juste parfait

Le paradis bleu porte vraiment bien son nom. L'annonce n'insiste pas assez sur le "parfait" de cette belle et grande maison. Extérieurs : pas un bruit si ce n'est le bruit de la mer, vue sur la plage des gros cailloux et ses rouleaux, ainsi que sur la colline qui mène à d'autres plages. Le jardin est spacieux et fleuri, le carbet est le coin des sieste, des jeux de société et des apéros ! La piscine à 28 degrés est un pur délice et est entourée de fauteuils très confortables munis de leur ombrelle. Il y a des parasols partout. La table d'extérieur est protégée par un store électrique. Le barbecue électrique est fabuleux. Quand à l'intérieur, que d'espaces ! 2 grandes chambres avec des lits à baldaquin de tout confort avec leur salle de bain ensuite. L'une d'elle a un dressing de star ! 2 autres chambres plus petites mais tout aussi confortables . Air-conditionné dans chaque chambre. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, mieux que chez soi ! Ustensiles de cuisine, plats, vaisselle magnifiques, verres pour toute boisson. Le salon et la salle à manger attenant à la cuisine sont très confortables. Les coursives autour de la maison donne de l'espace et de la fraicheur dans la maison. Corinne et Matilde ont été charmantes avec nous, et très à l'écoute. Si notre fils devait refaire une mini transat de l'atlantique avec une arrivée à Saint Francois, nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir. Nous y avons passé 12 jours de vacances familiales fabuleuses Je recommande cette merveilleuse maison Stéphanie

La maison est très agréable à vivre. Une grande pièce à vivre avec une belle cuisine ouverte très conviviale et très bien équipée. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une salle de bain et ont une très bonne literie. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour y jouer en famille et donne sur le jardin qui dispose d'une belle vue. L'accès à la plage est facile. La plage n'était pas vraiment praticable à cause des Sargasses malheureusement, mais cela varie en fonction de la saison. Enfin, la personne en charge de la "conciergerie" est très agréable et disponible. Bien placée sur Grande Terre, elle permet de rayonner facilement sur toutes les plages de cette partie de l'île. Enfin la propriétaire reste au contact pour s'assurer que tout se déroule bien. En bref, un endroit que nous recommandons.

Exceeded expectations!

Let me start by saying - the pictures to not do justice to the beauty of this place. The view from the garden was breath taking and simply we could not get enough. Corinne is wonderfully helpful and the house has everything you could dream of for a lovely holiday stay. We enjoyed the pool, the kitchen and the garden daily and often didn't even feel the need to leave the villa all day. Tiny minus on the wifi connection, however this is an issue on the entire island so nothing concerning the villa directly. Its super clean, stylish and the attention to detail made us feel very welcome and at home. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Bien dans l'ensemble mais problème d'eau chaude

La maison est super et la vue magnifique nous avons passé de superbes vacances mais.... Nous avons un problème d'eau chaude avec le chauffe eau qui ne marchait pas à notre arrivée qui n a été résolu malheureusement qu à la fin du séjour. Baby-foot payant !...

Le problème d’eau chaude est survenu le mardi gras, le 25/02/20 jour férié en guadeloupe, notre conciergerie a réussi à faire venir un plombier ce jour-là....le problème était grave: chauffe-eau solaire de 400l percé! Donc à changer! Ce qui a été fait en un temps record , avant la fin de votre séjour le 03/03/20! Honnêtement , on ne pouvait pas faire mieux!

Superbe semaine

La propriété est toute équipée et ne manque absolument de rien. La division des chambres permet une relative intimité et les aires communes sont spacieuses. La proximité des plages du Helleux et de Bois-Jolan à pied rend le séjour agréable et permet de profiter facilement de la mer même avec de jeunes enfants. Merci !

Wonderful place

Just lovely. Pictures are accurate. Very nice host and manager. When we ran out of something it was quickly replenished. Kitchen is modern and well outfitted. View is very nice. Good restaurants nearby and beaches and snorkeling. Two couples easily accommodated on comfortable firm beds, third room has two single beds we didn't need. Highly recommend.
