Beautiful home!

Wonderful stay at Villa Cazabelle!

We had an absolute wonderful week at Villa Cazabelle. 2 families with a total of 4 children and 4 adults were very comfortable in this lovely house. The house is well equipped and within a short drive from grocery stores, beaches and also close to Sainte-Anne and Sainte-Francois. The communication with the owner was great and Eve was very helpful with facilitating check-in and check-out. We couldn't have asked for anything more and hope to return some day!

Great home for largegroup

We were 9 people. Lots of room indoors & outdoors. Loved that the kitchen was open to the outdoors. Beds were super comfortable. Everything that we needed was there. Sylvie was super quick to respond to us with any questions. We made use of two beaches that we could walk to. Would highly recommend this home .

A lovely house

This is a great spot, a short walk to the surf spot Helleaux and within easy reach of both St Francois and St Anne. The house is well appointed and remained cool despite the warm temperatures outside. It was very useful to have access to their surfboards and snorkel gear plis Eve was totally great in facillitating any help we needed. All involved were very helpful. A delightful spot.

Very spacious and comfortable Villa

The Villa Cezabelle is very nice and comfortable place with many amenities like wi-fi, pool, swimming toys, barbeque, large terrace well equipped kitchen (induction hob , 2 large fridge-freezers, microwave, coffee filter, coffee pod, dishwasher...). The location is just between Sainte-Anne and Sainte-Francois (about 10 min. by car). Contact with the owner and manager was perfect (in english, which is not common in Guadeloupe). Our group - three families with children spend a fantastic week in the Villa.

Very relaxing and comfortable vacation rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Our family of 6 adults and 1 three-year old child had plenty of room to co-exist comfortably. The house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: two downstairs and two upstairs; beds for 11 in the house alone. (There is also additional space available in a lower-level studio that we did not use.) Two toilets, three showers and one large tub in the house; one outdoor shower as well. Fully-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washer/dryer made things easy. The private, salt-water pool was very refreshing first thing in the morning and after a day hiking or after the beach (but the proximity to the dining area makes for very slippery floors - caution required!!) The outdoor lounge areas encouraged much rest and relaxation! Evie (the caretaker) was fantastic - very friendly, helpful and kind. While the house is very close to the ocean, it is not walking distance to a calm, swimming beach. A short drive in the car will take you to your choice of many, nearby swimming beaches as well as local markets, restaurants and hiking options. Guadeloupe is a beautiful place to explore with very friendly people - we hope to return one day soon!

Really nice house

The house is very nice, big enough for 3 families with kids (total 13 people). Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pros: well equipped kitchen with all needed utensils (coffee machine, toaster, 2 refrigerators, enough plates and glasses for big group). Bathroom and bedrooms were nice and clean, towels for using on beach and in the bathroom supplied for entire stay. Drying machine was very useful especially in the humid climate and we were able to have dry towels and swimming suits for next day. Large patio with big table and large and clean swimming pool. Good working AC in each bedroom. Everything was clean and as shown on pictures. Cons: mold/ humidity smell in some of the bedrooms, we are not sure if this come from rooms or from AC. It goes away after longer using AC but come back after not using AC when we were out of house for entire day. Neighborhood house is really close (you can't see if from pictures) and you need to be really quiet after 10 pm and do not disturb them. Kids swimming/ water jumping after 10 pm was impossible. Toilet paper, trash bags and soap for dishwasher is supplied only for 1-2 days of stay. We were there for 7 nights and we need to buy soap for bathrooms, soap to wash dishes, toilet paper and trash bags. The closest beach for swimming is around 5 km.

Séjour en guadeloupe

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa. La villa est propre, bien équipée, avec de beaux espaces pour se détendre et elle est bien située. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres climatisées. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. disponibles et répondent rapidement à nos questions. Ils ont pris action rapidement suite à un petit pépin avec la piscine ce qui nous a permis d’en profiter tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande cette villa en famille ou entre amis. Merci Sylvie et Grégory!

Villa au top

Ns venons de passer 8 jours en famille, (14 personnes)merci à Sylvie pour son accueil, repas pour une arrivée tardive , petit déjeuner pour le 1er matin , la villa correspond en tout point à la description même plus, tout est pensé pour le confort , chacun peut trouver un moment d’intimité si il veut, ou se retrouver pour des grandes tablées, ns avons passé un excellent séjour Je recommande vivement pour les familles , Merci encore Sylvie

Arrivés à 14.....famille , amis .....maison idéale avec les enfants et les amis , parties communes assez grandes et intimité respectée car chaque espace à sa salle de bain ! On recommande !

très bon séjour

Très bon séjour en Guadeloupe fin Janvier 2018. Les lieux sont propres et calmes. L'accueil sur place était simple et le contact a toujours été très bon. Maison très spacieuse. Nous y avons séjourné à 14 personnes dont 3 enfants et nous n'avons manqué de rien (location du studio en sus). Même si cela ne mérite pas une note de 4 au lieu de 5, ci-dessous quelques détails qui auraient pu peser dans la note : - le studio (qui peut être loué en supplément) est accolé au garage, il sent rapidement l'humidité - un peu de moustiques (mais pas plus qu'ailleurs) - certains matelas du dortoir notamment mériteraient à être changés (non-adapté à des adultes : les matelas étaient un peu creusés) - les plages sont plus éloignées que ce qui est écrit dans l'annonce. Elles sont malgré tout accessibles à pied Cependant la maison est bien équipée (2 réfrigérateurs, appareils de cuisine, nombreux jeux de plage, planches de surf,etc.), linge fourni, et bon accueil, le tout à un tarif que nous n'avons pas trouvé excessif. Les 5 étoiles sont méritées. Merci

Très belle villa au calme, tout équipée avec une piscine où les enfants ont pu profiter

La villa est située au bord du sentier du littoral (chemin à droite de la villa quand on est sur la route car celui de gauche est fermé). Ce sentier est très joli et permet de rejoindre le spot de surf à environ 300m et la magnifique plage de Bois Jolan à environ 800m (l’une de nos plage préférée). Le premier petit déjeuner est fourni ce qui et très appréciable et beaucoup de jeux de plage ainsi que de palme et masques et tubas sont fournis également. Les différentes terrasses et le jardin sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. En résumé, nous y avons passé 8 nuits et c’est passé bien trop vite.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, et bien située pour visiter Grande Terre

Grande maison, lumineuse, fraîche, bien équipée pour 10. Accès facile à la plage de Gros sable (top pour surf et bodyboard), proche de la belle plage de BoisJolan. Par contre un peu excentrée et donc plus difficile de visiter Basse Terre

Villa confortable, bien équipée et conforme à l'annonce

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la villa Cazabelle, cette maison est bien conçue pour un séjour au soleil, l'agencement des pièces est judicieux , la piscine est tres agréable, l'ameublement confortable et moderne , les espaces extérieurs sont bien conçus , pas de vue sur la mer mais elle est toute proche. Les équipements sont complets en particulier ceux pour les enfants pour la piscine et la plage enfin soulignons l'accueil très agréable et soigné par Steve (fleurs, bougies, musique, conseils..) et sa disponibilité au cours du séjour
